I went to Eddie after having an issue with my transmission and feeling completely misled by Toyota. They didn’t seem interested in actually helping me fix the problem—just in charging me as much as possible. I decided to have my truck towed to Eddie, and I’m really glad I did. He got my truck in right away, confirmed that the transmission was blown, and explained everything clearly. What really stood out was that he showed me the transmission fluid pan so I could see the damage myself. That level of transparency made it easy to trust him. Eddie ordered a new transmission and had it installed much faster than I expected. He’s honest, fair, and genuinely cares about his customers.
