I’ve gone to this place for years. Never had a problem but today I don’t know if they didn’t patch my tire and just took my money very disappointing. I went to check the tires touched it with my hand and I can feel something pointy....

I called, they gave me a price for 4 used tires. When I got there, the price was 30% more than they "d over the phone. It was the total bake and switch! As soon as I walked in and talk to the guy I could tell he was a little shifty and dishonest. What a waste of my time!

I visited this place for an oil change, two weeks later my car wouldn't start so I went to auto zone to get a new battery. The employee informed me my guaranty was going to cover for a new one but when we were about to make the exchange she observed it was not the same battery and probably it was replaced for an old one. This was the last shop I visited.

Horrible outcome: 1. Oil Leak worse than before 2. Engine still idling badly. 3. Check engine light still on 4. New issue with engine whining when I got the car back. 5. Tried to convince me the transmission leak was due to the pan, rather than the TCU which was the actual source of the leak. Attempt to resolve: the mechanic spent all his communications gaslighting me about "what I gotta understand."

Poor service the manager thinks he owns the place my tire pop n I barley made it in there shop dey did not have the tire in stock !! So I left to another shop n left my car there to buy tire so dey can put on the manager with tag on head was rude n got in my face wen I got back & dey also moved my car broke into it n moved it n turn off my alarm totally un professional & they drink on job!!
