In South Florida it's very hard to find honesty in a car repair shop. Most of them focus on getting the most money from their customers without caring about the repercussions. Here it's quite differently. I've been coming to this shop for 6 plus years whenever I've had the slightest of issue/question with my vehicles. I've always gotten a honest answer and the problem/questions has always been resolved. Roger and the rest of his guys do a great job. As long as I live in Miami they will always have me as a customer.

In Miami Is very hard to find honest people.... Well, You have it in this shop. Roger is the more ethic person that I know, We had a lot of issues with my Camaro, and responded until my car was perfect. I will take my car to this shop any time. Highly recommend...AAA+++

My entire experience with AAMCO was amazing to the say the least! Everyone that helped me, especially Ismael, was incredibly kind and clear with communication and procedure. I left my car for transmission repair on Friday and the job was complete by Wednesday of the following week. Roger explained what all the codes meant, I can say good enough things about these guys. It is difficult enough finding a good auto mechanic, but I like the communication, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with work needed. I will not try to explain what was done to my car, but I went in thinking I needed a new transmission and it turned out to be a $274 repair. Definitely recommend

I took my car to these so-called "professionals" for an issue I was having with the transmission getting stuck in first gear. Called the next day, and they told me that they had checked the transmission, that it had burnt oil and metal shavings in the oil, and that the transmission had to be replaced. Cost, $4,200 for a used transmission and 30-day warranty. The car only has 80,000 miles with all maintenance up to date. So, it seemed odd to me that the transmission was damaged in the way they said, that it couldn't even be fixed. Since I had my doubts, I asked them how they had checked the oil, and they told me that they had loosened the bolts on the oil pan to drain a little and test it. I paid the 137 dollars they charge for the "diagnostic" and pick-up the car. When I got home, I checked the oil pan, and they hadn't touched it. Everything was dry, zero oil residue from when they supposedly loosened the screws to get the sample. Checked transmission codes and looked them up online and found the Step Motor was the problem. Purchased the Step Motor for 30 dollars and replaced it. Took me 1 hour. The old oil had ZERO metal particles, not even on the magnets, and it was so clean that I could literally put it back in the transmission. It's incredible that a business specializing in transmissions says the transmission is destroyed, without even checking the codes it had. I fixed the transmission with a 30 dollars part, 2 gallons of CVT oil, a filter, a gasket, and 1 hour of my time. Total 125 dollars, cheaper than what these “professionals” charged me for the “diagnostic” without even looking at it. Honesty is a thing of the past, unfortunately.

First off I’d like to thank Mayer. He self diagnosed my car over the phone after I described to him what was going on. When your car is totally disabled, it puts your mind at ease when someone can tell you exactly what the issue is and the price without seeing it. Highly recommend!

(UPDATE 8/8/23/) MY transmission broke.. come to find out the parts were not meant for my car and Remanufactured torque converter. I was hoping a name brand like Aamco would been great but it was a lie ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This place is amazing! first the service is just amazing and super professional. Roger was just professional and super honest with my car. I already knew the issue with my transmission but i needed a second opinion to make sure I'm correct. I've seen other mechanics and of course they want to rip you a new one without even seeing the problem. Well Thanks to my wife advising me of an AAMCO in Hialeah were i never knew it was even their. So I called and talked to Roger and I told him the issue with my car. He let me know he'll need to see it and also run the computer to see the issue which would take a couple of days. 2 days later i get the call and he spotted the issue and advised what needed to be done. Always polite, always notified me on everything going on with my car also what was being done to it, and advised once the car was complete. Got to love the FINANCING OPTIONS they have. Please make sure to visit or call them. Got my car back and I'm happy with the work they done with my 2014 Impala.

The service here was incredible! I came here for a simple air conditioning problem I had with my 2012 Honda Civic. The customer service was great as well, very well mannered and nice young man helped me out as to see what the problem was. If you are at all feeling like I did; not too trustworthy of the places around, horror stories from people you know or completely breaking the bank all because your car needs work, look no further and call Curtis at AAMCO in Stuart. It was suggested to me and I am so grateful I did. No charge for the diagnosis and if there is a warranty involved, Curtis is a pro when dealing with them.
