Very happy with my experience. Called on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with a very nice woman (sorry didn't get her name) who transferred me to Glenn. Very knowledgeable guy, knew exactly what I was talking about with the dreaded DPS6 automatic dual clutch on my Ford Focus. I called so many transmission shops who had never heard of the problem with these recalled clutches. Glenn was able to get me in the next morning so I towed her the 20 miles to AAMCO shortly after opening. My Focus was done the same day in the afternoon. The dealers quoted me at least a week or more to get the job done and some transmission shops said it would be a 2-3 day repair. Glenn kept me updated throughout the day and worked with me on pick up and payment arrangements. Their prices are reasonable and after much research I felt comfortable I got the absolute best deal. My Focus has never run so smoothly. No abrupt or random shifting, no shudder, no loss of power on acceleration, no stalls. For the first time since owning that car I was confident in her ability to merge on the freeway. I really appreciate Glenn and his crew at AAMCO for the communication and hard work to see that I have my car for the weekend.

This Aamco is the best mechanic service I’ve ever had! The staff is very attentive, efficient, and truly felt like they listened to my concerns. Not only does my car feel great, they also finished the whole Transmission and HVAC compressor within a couple of days, keeping me updated throughout the service days! Compared to the shops in the area I had spoken to, I’d recommend Aamco in a heartbeat because of their amazing service on my car and the fact that they have wonderful staff that makes a stressful situation more tolerable. My check engine light came on and my mechanic (Paul’s Automotive in S. Oaks) sent me straight to AAMCO on n Hollywood way. Glenn gave new meaning to excellent customers service - checked in my sweet 1998 Integra, called me when promised and said they found a faulty sensor, set it straight and my care was ready AT NO CHARGE. Incredible service. During my fluid exchange they found my transmission belt had deteriorated. Instead of simply telling me they had to replace it they found there was a service bulletin for a warranty extension that my car would covered under by the dealership. I’ve been to many service centers that would not go the distance for their customers but because of their advocacy for me and their clear communication they have created a long time customer.

I had a error code for my car and they immediately took me in, read my codes, printed out the data sheet and politely recommended that i take it to the dealer due it the proprietary nature of the issue - all free of charge! I find most places will charge $200 just to take a look at the car. They were super nice and helpful and seemed to really care. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. As if that wasnt good enough, they then called me an hour later - unexpectedly - saying they found that my issue would be covered under warranty by the dealer! Very happy to hear that as any Audi owner sees dollar signs with transmission related issued. Thanks again guys!

These folks are doing it right. I'm a first-time customer with an old car and they treated me like I was their BEST customer. The receptionist 'C' is extremely courteous and helpful. I asked for an estimate on the cost for a transmission flush - the price was reasonable and the estimate ended up being accurate. Then I asked for an estimate on when the work would be done. 'C' predicted between the hours of 1pm and 2pm. I got the text 9 minutes before 1pm and had picked up my car just a few minutes after 1pm. Incredible staff, clean office, easy process - these folks will get my business and my recommendation from now on! Thank you so much!!

Our families 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe transmission started giving us issues. Assuming the worst. We decided to roll into AAMCO here in Burbank. Everyone was very helpful and straight to it. Prices are decent but parts are higher quality. They know exactly what they are talking about and I highly recommend. We had some work done to our Tahoe with an extended warranty. Not all shops are the same. So even if you can’t come to this location. They even offer a ride to the rental office. Give em a call so they can refer you to the next best AAMCO in your area!
