I have been a customer for 4 years. Still the only mechanic who has returned $ 100 when offered $ 300 in cash. Geniuses, reasonable, an efficient yet haphazard, very italian way of scheduling. if it's important (like brakes or signals), it gets moved to the front of the queue, if not (like an optional tune-up) it gets scheduled ahead if they're very busy. All in all, the best mechanics on earth. If/when they retire i will shoot myself.

I have a classic Fiat Spider 2000. Vittorio and Onofrio know these cars completely - Vittorio works on the Fiats and Onofrio the Alfas mostly. They are fair and honest and sometimes so busy that you may have to wait to have your car worked on. They also rebuild older classic Italian, British and German cares from the ground up.

I have been a customer of Alfa Italia for over 30 years. They have serviced and repaired all of my Fiat sports cars, Lexus and Ford cars. I no longer live in the L.A area, however, I continue to bring my current 1984 Fiat to AA from Kern County for the continuity of excellent service they provide. Both Vittorio and Onofrio are exceedingly experienced and knowledgeable about the care and service of both foreign and domestic autos, especially the Italian models; they work hard to keep costs reasonable, work is done and completed on time, and they stand behind their work. I recommend Alfa Italia enthusiastically and without reservation.

I first took my 1969 Alfa Romeo to Alfa Italia more than 10 years ago when I lived on the same street as their shop...and my previous repair shop in Glendale had closed. I've always had great routine maintenance and repairs at more than reasonable prices. I've since moved a few miles away and acquired a 1980 Maserati Quattroporte which had a clogged fuel system when I picked it up. Within a few days, the car was running nicely. Onofrio has provided great advice on both cars; I hope the Alfa will get a full restoration with their help later in 2019. However Onofrio and Vittorio retired in December 2020 and new owners took over.

My Alfa Romeo was in need of service,needing a oil change and a reset,I didn't want to take my car to just anyone to service it,on top of that I was on my way home from Socal back to Vegas,after a work week, l looked around and had found Alfa italia,decided to give them a tryout and couldn't be happier with my choice...the customer service was great,everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the price was very reasonable for the service I needed done! The very rare mechanic that goes above and beyond to make things right. The people at Alfa Italia are of the highest integrity, after having work done on my car it ran into issues on the way home. It turned out that the issues were unrelated to the work they had done, but they still made sure to make it right for me no matter how hard the work was or how much they had to do. I brought my car here all the way from Venice and will continue to do so as they are the absolute best. Can't recommend them enough.

Hello, Concern Regarding Inconsistent Oil Change Pricing! I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent oil change service my partner received on Monday. About four to five months ago, we visited your shop for an oil change and had a very positive experience. At that time, we believe we were assisted by the owner, who was understanding and offered a fair and affordable price. We paid in cash, and the total came out to approximately $60 plus tax. Based on that prior experience, I recently returned with the expectation that the pricing would be similar. However, we were charged $80 plus taxes for the same oil change service. I mentioned that I could pay in cash, as we had done previously, and asked if the price could be the same as before. I was told this was not possible, which was confusing since we were charged less just a few months ago for the same service. As a returning customer, this sudden price increase without a clear explanation felt unfair and inconsistent. We chose to come back because of the reasonable pricing and honesty we experienced the first time, and this recent visit did not reflect that same level of transparency. We hope this can be resolved. We value supporting local businesses and would like to continue doing so, but consistency and fairness are important to us as customers. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response! Finding a mechanic you can truly trust with brands like Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, or Fiat isn’t easy, but these guys really know what they’re doing. From the first conversation, they were knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain the issue with my 2017 Giulia. You can tell they genuinely understand Italian engineering and take pride in their work. The repair was completed on time, communication was excellent throughout the process, and the car came back running perfectly.
