First off THEY HAVE ALWAYS PRACTICED CLEANLINESS :) 2. The most honest, kind and reasonably priced mechanic I've had! Such a nice voice on the other end answering to schedule my appointment. And honest and kind even if I have to pay more is obviously worth the price, but at least I'm not paying more when I come here. They choose quality in the parts, quality in the oil changes - fast easy and especially right now they're staying open take an extra care in to cleanliness and social distancing but still if you can afford it it's a great time to get something done when you couldn't afford to not have your car for a couple days! Been coming here a few years and never had to return to fix something. Even if they all not related they are a family shop! It was time to get my oil changed so I said better than ever now instead of trying to fit it in my schedule and then it's a nice walk around the horse area if you cross the street and go down around.

This automotive shop is the best in town.. I bring all of our fleet vehicles here, the office manager is the best, she keeps you informed on all the issues and what repairs need to take place. Honest communication to their customers is key and they definitely have it here.. The mechanics are excellent as well, they always fix the problems and never have I had to return for the same issue.. Price is fair and affordable. I also bring in all my personal vehicles for any repairs needed. I definitely encourage anyone that is looking for a mechanic to try Greg's Tune Up you will not be disappointed..

I may be biased because I've been bringing my car here for years, but if you're looking for honest, timely, reasonable, and quality care for your car, look no further. Tino and his staff are friendly and accommodating to both long-term and new clientele alike. I have no issue with commenting that since the business changed hands, and Tino is now the owner, it's a much higher level of quality service and honest communication. Seriously, for routine maintenance or emergency repair, this is the place.

I was in need of a tune up and saw a lot of great reviews so I decided to give them a chance. I called and was greeted by a very knowledgeable woman. Turns out it's the owners daughter, Beatrice. She took real good care of me. Explained everything that needed to be done and even informed me of the things that may need service at a later time. They rotated my tires (wasn't even what I went for but her dad includes that in his service ) I, honestly felt like they serviced my car as though it was for a family member...... that they love. After comparing prices they turned out to be one of the best prices around. I highly recommend Greg's tune-up.

This place was recommended to me by one of my friends who raved about Tino and his team. Well, my friend wasn't messing around, because these guys are absolutely fantastic! They are very professional, they do great work, and they are reasonably priced. I didn't have to worry about any attempts to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I love the fact that they're so close by to where I live, and they were so fast! I got regular scheduled maintenance and my cabin air filter replaced, and it was all done in less than an hour. Very impressive! I would highly recommend these fellas for any repair work you might need for your vehicle.

You have found the best mechanic I've ever had in LA. Tino and his daughter's are so professional, affordable and honest. They go above and beyond to help. I am moving interstate and had my car serviced at the shop. It was done well and fast. I mentioned I was going to drive across the country by myself. Tino told me to send them my location and they would watch me the whole way and make sure I was ok and if need be they had family in another state that could help!. I didn't end up going because my car was hit and totaled. Tino referred me to a body shop (Regal Repair) who also did an amazing job with my car, which as mentioned didn't end up needing repair as it was totaled but overall Greg's Tune up are the kindest people I've dealt with in this industry. A friend recommended Greg's after I reached out to get a second opinion on some repairs. Greg's Tune-Up quoted me nearly a third of what the first auto repair shop quoted, I couldn't believe it! The first place was completely ripping me off. From my first phone interaction with Beatrice (the owner's daughter) to dropping off my car and picking it up at the end of the day, I was impressed by every interaction. Everyone was kind, friendly and approachable, especially towards someone who doesn't know too much about cars. Their commitment to customer service, honest prices and quality service is commendable, and why they have been in business for 30+ years. I will be coming back for all future auto services!

I don’t really want to leave a great review and Tino and his staff don’t have time for my vehicles anymore lol, but they 1000% deserve the best reviews! Multiple times this shop could have made a few hundred dollars off me for unnecessary work, but they were honest and helpful. They do great work in a timely manner. So honest! Checked my Nissan Pathfinder for an engine light and then realized it’s possibly more than the light was showing. He took it to a transmission shop for a second opinion where I found out it’s my differential which means I needed to replace my transmissIon. He didn’t charge me for diagnostics and was so honest and fair. His daughter, Beatrice was so nice too. Would highly recommend.

This place saved my car! My car broke down on me while I was at a stop sign. I had it towed originally to Rocky’s down the street. Rocky’s said “good luck”. I searched online and found Greg’s. They were amazing start to finish. They assessed my cars issues. Communicated their findings along the way. Gave me very fair quotes and let me know my options. They fixed my car and it is now good as new. I will never again go to Rocky’s. Greg’s is the best!

I took my vehicle in for a tune-up and a flashing check engine light. That evening when I returned to pick up my vehicle, they gave it to me, had me pay, and let me leave. I was half way home when the light came back on. The next day, the check engine light would not go out. I had it towed to a dealership nearby to fix their mistake. They found that Greg's didn't clean the throttle body all the way, nor had they reset the system. I spoke with the owner and showed him the invoice from the dealership, he admitted that the technician didn't reset the system like he was supposed to. After a debate, he agreed to refund half of what he charged me. Bottom line, I will not take another vehicle to Greg's Tune Up.
