They do not communicate what they are doing before they do it I never got a phone call or a digital checklist that they said they would send but never did. This was a second chance from the last bad experience were they scratched my car. I will not be coming back. When they sold the autobody shop it went downhill fast.

💎 Argad is the most attentive, personable and HONEST mechanic I've ever come across in my 37 years of being a driver in Los Angeles. I've been wasting thousands of dollars taking my muscle car to the dealership, but they would use fear tactics and keep me in the dark for days and without a car. I was low priority to dealerships :/ so I was getting my tires checked by the helpful clerk at the Sinclair gas station here where Velocity Automotive is.. and i decided to ask ARGAD who was working on another car, if he had a moment to listen to my car and he did. He diagnosed it with just what the dealership said (only they quoted $2700) and that's just not ok. I'm so thankful I found Argad. He not only fixed my car for the fairest price so worth it but did so in only 3 days!!! He cleaned it, washed it and delivered it FREE to my doorstep! Months later after driving to and from Vegas and all over pch, It's still going strong! I stopped by recently to get fuel and Argad came over to see how my car was doing. He checked my oil and filled it with half a quart, so I didn't even have to buy a quart from the store. It's so rare to find a gem like Argad; a skilled mechanic, thorough and caring as ever. 💎 💯 Top shelf service here 💯
