Started off on a great note. After my accident, I was told that I should take my car to get repaired here since they give first time customer discounts. The process was fairly smooth to get my car fixed and picked up. Upon going to pick up my car, there was a large scratch on the hood of my car that was not there when I dropped off my car to the shop. The man I spoke with told me that it was from the accident and my insurance would need to pay to fix it (He also said my insurance was informed of it and they refused to cover it). He recommended I send them the pictures of after the accident and a picture of the remaining scratch. Upon reviewing the pictures of my car upon drop off at the shop, there was no scratch. I was then informed upon contacting the shop again, that the scratch was because my car was "parked outside on the street". I have parked outside on the street durations of time as long as I have been driving, and have never gotten a scratch like that just from being parked outside. They fixed the scratch at no cost after I called them out, but this whole situation, and the dishonesty by the shop has soured me on doing future repairs here, and I will not go through them again. 2/5 stars because the work that was done was adequate, but I cannot give them more than 2 stars because of what is outlined above.

Pazi Performance took possession of my car in August 2024. The repair work was replace the driver’s side door look and alarm-fob system which were damaged due to an attempted theft. It took them until November 2024 to complete the work. My insurance agent says this work is easily done in a day or two because all it is is a kit that needs to be installed. I messed up letting them tow my car and place it at their repair shop. They said repairs were delayed to being short staffed. And they wouldn’t let the insurance adjuster in to visually address the damages. They also promised to wash and detail my car by pick up time. That didn’t happen either. Fortunately I had another vehicle to drive during 2.5 months they held my car. All in all a bad decision by me to leave my car with Pazi Performance.

The team here at Pazi Performance is super friendly and accommodating! I’m grateful that they went above and beyond to repair my car. They provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop, but the loaner vehicle’s registration sticker wasn’t up to date. Great place to have your car repaired. I recently had someone get into a collision in my car and they were able to get the repairs done and help me with the process as it was my first insurance claim. They were quick with updates and responses. My car looks great and it was returned back washed and detailed.

I brought my VinFast here for service and the technician who helped me when I dropped it off was great, super nice and professional. The person who handed the car back was also really kind. But everything in between was honestly really frustrating. I got a text saying my car was ready and that the shop was open Mon–Fri, 8–5. My husband took an Uber on Monday morning to pick it up, only to find the shop completely closed. He waited over an hour, along with other customers, and no one answered the phone, so he ended up spending $140 just to get there and come back empty handed. Nowhere, not the text, the website, or Google, mentioned anything about holiday hours. When I called later to ask what happened, the receptionist was really rude and actually yelled at me while I was just trying to understand why the hours were not what was expected. She made me feel like I was the one in the wrong, even though we ended up losing money and time because of their miscommunication. I don't like leaving negative reviews and rarely ever do, so, I wanted the call to give the shop a chance to rectify this mistake by either refunding my cost or at lease providing me with a shuttle so I wouldn't have to spend another $70 just to get back to my car, but I ended up just getting yelled at. The technicians seem great, but the lack of accurate info and the attitude from the front office made this a really stressful experience. Better communication and nicer customer service would’ve gone a long way.
