My car was overheating & I found out my radiator was broken. Got it fixed & when I came to pick up my car - it was blowing hot air from the AC. The AC was working fine when I dropped my car off earlier in the day. They told me that my AC was now suddenly broken. Luckily I had my boyfriend with me who helped me break down how suddenly my AC was broke when we came back 5 hours later. Out of nowhere, the worker realizes he forgot to connect wires & turn on a switch when they worked on the radiator. They were extremely apologetic but it seemed really sketchy. My AC was fixed in a matter of 3 minutes…I just find it quite strange that they were going to have me leave & said just bring my car back during the summer months to get the AC looked at. But nothing was ever wrong with it to begin with…I would just be careful here. I don’t plan on being back after that mishap.

This is the best place to take your car! Tony gave me a great deal and saved me money that I desperately needed for an out of state move in the near future. They replaced my front suspension lower control arms. I went to Pepboys out of habit before calling them, even though I know they always end up charging quite a bit, I just never know where to go, I do now! I’m so thankful to have found R & R Auto Repair! Everyone at the shop was so friendly and welcoming. It made me feel good to be there and I was happy that it took less time because they wanted to make sure I got out as quickly as possible. They made me a delicious tea because I was going to walk down the street. They also recommended for me to have my headlight checked because it was slightly sunken from a previous accident. Such a great experience and I would highly recommend them. It was so good for me that I’m sure everyone will leave there very happy and thankful. Thanks R & R you’ve truly made my week! -Serena
