I am an OfferUp customer, confirmed if the listed part was there, asked when I could pick up and was told the shops operating hours, EVEN messaged Gary prior to driving 1 hour and 15 mins all for Gary to tell me that he sold the parts already, I understand that I’m an OfferUp customer but I’m still a customer.

So my initial thought on these guys was that I liked them and that they did a good job. The problem is they ripped me off and felt so bad they would not return my calls. Armen was my contact and although very friendly and smart at his job he didn’t work in good faith. Now shame on me for not shopping around enough however when you realize you have been taken for a ride ... it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The good news is they did a good job, the bad news is they too advantage of me and that doesn’t feel good. If you are prepared to pay extra go for it.

These guys built my entire Jeep from stock to beast. I've taken my Jeep over boulders in Big Bear, rescued RZRs in Glamis, and bombed it through the desert at over 65 mph. It's still going strong. If I break it, they fix it for a fair price. These guys stand behind their work. Cool guys too. Highly recommend them.

Got some shims installed and was able to get longer u bolts through them as well, was experiencing driveline vibration. they helped me deduce the issue, Robert (one of the mechanics ) did an excellent job and went over the issues with me . 12/10 would recommend rad people!

Great place to bring your Jeep, Armen addressed all my issues and was very honest and fair, not once did he try to sell me something I didn't need, he actually talked me out of a few things i wanted to replace like the bumbers telling me i had great bumbers when he could of easily said ok and sold me new ones, that alone says a lot. This is definitely my goto jeep shop from here on out. After replacing my track bar, pitman arm, 4 shocks/coil springs and adjusting the control arms my Jeep never felt so nice driving down the road. !!

Since I found these guys about 4 years ago I haven’t gone anywhere else. The knowledge and desire to make the customer happy and willingness to work within the customers budget is not found these days. The fact that they use what they sell and are well versed in the off road functions of jeeps and other 4 wheel drive vehicles makes them my go to for anything my Jeep needs. Everything on my Jeep was done here and I couldn’t be happier.

These guys know how to turn lemons into lemonade, tradegy into triumph! I brought my 2011 Rubicon to them after an uninsured, texting motorist decided to slammed into my parked jeep. Gary and the team at Krusher KNOW JEEPS like no one else. They helped me rebuild and repair my dream car and handed her back to me way better than she was dropped off, and all was said and done in less than a week. 4 days BEFORE I was originally told it would be ready. Krusher Offroad gave me the best service I’ve ever had. After someone broke into my Jeep Wrangler, I was scrambling to find a replacement passenger rear window for my soft top. They had me taken care of within 10 minutes—quick, professional, and beyond helpful. The price was unbeatable, and I couldn’t believe how affordable it was compared to anywhere else. I’m actually already heading back this Friday for a mechanical issue I’ve been dealing with for a while. I hadn’t been able to afford repairs elsewhere, but Krusher Offroad has been incredibly understanding and supportive. Huge shoutout to Armen and Gary—you guys went above and beyond.
