First, let me begin my review by saying I don't like giving negative reviews about businesses.I'm the type of person that if I have a bad experience with an establishment I never return and let it be. But this is a WARNING to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a vehicle from here. I purchased a VW beetle with 48,000 miles last year around February 2014. They tried to sell the car for 8,000 but got it lowered to 7,250. I thought that I was getting a deal and I even asked them if there were any previous crashes they said only one minor crash. Of course I asked for the car fax and it seemed unclear. I must admit I'm a young college student and I didn't really know that much about cars but I Read there reviews on yelp and google they seemed like an honest company. I trusted that the car was in good shape because they told me it was. Six months later my transmission gives out. I said ok that might be normal for a vw so I began to save money to replace the transmission even though I just purchased the vehicle from them. Then as time went by and my transmission not working well my timing belt ripped twice within 4 months. The belts were brand new everytime I replaced them. Turns out my car had some frame damage which in turn messed with my tensioners. I also noticed that the hood latch was held by a zip tie. Obviously something damaged the car to the point were it needed a zip tie to hold it. I know these are things that you have to check before. But I trusted that they would have informed me. But of course they didn't. They sold me a lemon and now I'm trying to sell my car and can only get 1000 dollars. I lost 6,000 for a car I only drove for a year and a half. Please please beware before you purchase from here

I recently purchased a vehicle ( family van) feb 2014 at xpert auto repair. Within 2 months my vans engine light came on , the van began to give me problems. Funny thing is that once purchasing this van they showed me car fax , comments from the dmv , made it look like it was worth it. All they did in this van and all the cars they have posted in there shop is " mickey mouse work". Dont trust these people they might look nice, they might give u a good deal but all they want is money. Dont spend and regret its not worth it. If you deside to purchase a car here take a mechanic with u dont trust these workers , also have good knowledge about cars because u can be easily tricked!!!!

For 17 years now Xpert Auto Repair is my one stop shop for my car maintenance and repair. I have always trusted Xpert Auto Repair (Sam) to get the job done right, and a fair price, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and Sam took great care in explaining things to me. Looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic to fix your car? I've been coming here for over 10 years and I only get excellent service. They only fix what needs to be fixed and if they do find something else that needs fixing they'll ask and show you the problem first so you can see they're not trying to scam you! Sam is the owner and a licensed mechanic with many certifications. He's polite and professional. He always tries to give a fair price. Take your car here! After reading the reviews, I decided to call and see about taking my car in and Sam was incredibly nice on the phone and gave me prices for a couple of things that I needed done. I don’t know if it was a fluke but he was able to get me in the following day and the work was done same day. When I arrived, I spoke to his mechanic and he was just as nice as Sam was! I asked them to check the entire car to prep for selling it and they found that the brake pads were at 3%, so I added that as well. I’m used to taking my car to Lexus so the cost was a dream in comparison. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
