My Mercedes-Benz E350 lost power on the freeway on the way to Van Nuys. I called multiple places to request a quote and inquire if they used Mercedes-Benz OEM (Original Mercedes-Benz Parts), and most were hesitant to respond. When I finally spoke to Mr. Palmon of Burbank Motorworks, he was completely transparent about the process and ensured me that he only uses Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. He kept me up to date during the entire repair process via text messages or phone calls. He also allowed me to retain the defective parts since I plan to reach out to Mercedes-Benz to ask for partial reimbursement for what appears to be premature failure of a part that usually never needs to be replaced for several hundred thousand miles yet it failed on my car with only 60,000 miles. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Burbank Motorworks due to Mr. Palmon’s professionalism, kindness, and honesty. As a bonus, they completed the repair sooner than they originally promised. I plan on returning to Burbank Motorworks for all future maintenance for my Mercedes-Benz. Thank you Mr. Palmon!!!
