Horrible experience...r/r parts are not installed in the same position as when removed, also went back again and again AND again...for the same carb issue after they rebuilt it each time a charge. Finally lost faith in them and sent carb to manufacturer for rebuilding and was told it had been rebuilt witn incorrect pieces from multiple model kits. Waste of time...

The mechanic wanted me to leave my car overnight for a simple hitch installation. I have all the parts necessary for the installation. Literally 5 bolts. 15 minute job. Easier than changing engine oil. Wouldn't trust these guys with any kind of job.

Manual, the mechanic at Deeds repaired my care in 10 minutes. I had gone to six other repair shops, not being familiar with Burbank, and the "head" man at Deeds, was the first to make eye contact with me, listen to my question, and convince me his garage was the one to fix my car. Manual took the time to explain the details of the repair and I simply felt safe and assured by the entire experience. I simply felt they cared.

My auto was throwing several check engine type lights on the dash panel. My eldest had a car repaired previously by them. He was pleased with service received. I elected to have my auto towed to them. They handled all with courteous professionalism. My car was terminally ill and set there for weeks over Christmas and New Years. It was decided the repairs being needed would have to wait. We paid a charge for the diagnostics and had it towed back home. No surprises with bill, staff helpful and courteous.

I didn't have my vehicle repaired. I was told they were busy and assured someone would call and provide me with a convenient time when the headlight could be inspected. No one ever called nor responded to the voicemails I left the flowing day. It's a reflection of their reliability and lack of professional acumen. Two days later In took my vehicle to Guido's where the service was phenomenal.

I give a 2 because they seemed nice. I brought my truck in there because I am taking it on a long trip. I asked them to check over my truck and to replace my broken rear shocks. They quoted me $538 for two Brillstine shocks that cost under $180 at other shops as well as online. When I questioned them they said that they got them discounted and that is what they were charged by the vendor. They also tried to convince me to change my serpentine belt that only has 13000 miles on it. This is not the original owner. The owners of this shop took over the business and name. Any older previous reviews good or bad should be removed. Again seem like a nice family owned business. But until they change their vendor I can not give them any business. The mark up is to drastic. Labor rates are competitive.

The folks at Deeds were so incredibly helpful and informative about what was needed in getting my car back to tip top shape. They talked me through what they found, gave me quotes before starting any work and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe driving my car. They worked with my schedule in pick up and dropping off my car and their team was kind, friendly and so easy to work with. I've been a Deeds customer for a while now and each time i'm so impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness and quality of work.
