I recently had a bad experience at this shop. I walked into the shop to get my Toyota fixed. And they told me it was by appointment only, so I made the appointment. Then I went to drop off my truck. The owner told me that he would call me in two days to give me an estimate. I waited for his call, and he did not call. When I called him, later that week he told me to go pick up my truck the next day. The owner told me that he will have an estimate ready for me, but advised me that it was not worth to fix my truck, and I know for sure that my truck is worth fixing it. I wasted my gas back-and-forth. I paid Uber back-and-forth, and up to now, he never sent me an estimate. I was judged by the way I looked. I was dirty after work but not broke. I was not asking for any discount, and I was not asking for credit. All I wanted was to fix my truck, but I would never go back or recommend this shop.

I’ll be honest. Never had any work done at the place, made the mistake of pulling into there parking lot for a few seconds and was treated so rudely that I can’t imagine being a valued customer. It’s too bad I own a company with many employees and at least 3 have off-road vehicles. Told them to stay away from that place.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler to them probably at the beginning of 2023 for the 1st time to install all the aftermarket parts that I purchased on my own. The price was pretty decent. I requested quotes from 2 other companies, but World Famous 4x4 was the only one who responded with an official quote. What I like about them and what makes me keep going back to them is that they do a follow-up inspection for free and they are nice people and know what they do. Even though they just open 4 days a week, they can put you in their schedule to work on your car.
