Upon my initial visit approximately four years ago, the service I received was exceptional, earning it a five-star rating. However, my experience has since deteriorated to the point where I can no longer recommend their services. According to their employees "service advisor", they are too busy to provide a satisfactory service for your vehicle.

Best Tesla service I’ve ever had. I ended up driving out to a further location from home but it was well worth it. Jennifer Gomez thank you so much. She took extra time helping me solve any and all questions. She went above and beyond. At the end she even went searching the property for an extra car for me, and vacuumed it for me!

Brought my Model 3 here 3 to replace the windshield (rock hit it) and some service update regarding the trunk harness. Arrived just as my 2yo threw up ALL over his car seat. Manny and Ali were SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. They helped me hose down my car seat, gave me a loaner car and installed car seat in said loaner, and even pre loaded the Navi to super charging station to make sure I could get home with more than sufficient charge. These guys def went above and beyond to help a customer (I’m also 32 weeks pregnant so it would have been very challenging to do all this in my own). At no time did I feel rushed at all. Thank you again to Manny and Ali!
