Take this review into consideration before servicing your vehicle at this shop. I want to preface this review by stating that we are an Asian American family and I believe we were not treated with the respect and care that a non-minority family would have had. My dad took his older BMW here to fix a shake at higher speeds, so they ended up replacing everything (upper and lower arm control, etc.) and charged us $2000+. This place has good reviews, so we picked up our car assuming everything was fixed and went on our way. We later realized that our radio antenna had been tampered with and is no longer functioning, yet they claim to have never touched it upon arrival. Despite our antenna working fine before bringing in our vehicle, without evidence, they claimed ignorance and told us they couldn’t do anything about it. We also realized that while the shakiness problem was fixed, there was an annoying crack when we would turn the steering wheel. We brought the vehicle back and they said they didn’t notice any sound. I question whether they truly tried to drive and listen for a sound, but in all honesty at this point we were feeling extremely exhausted with their poor professionalism. Lastly they forgot to reinstall one of our rubber hooks on our exhaust.. We had to bring it to their attention for them to even notice that one was missing. They even told us to come back another day to have it put back on.. I believe this shop can do simple repairs well which is why there are a bunch of good reviews; however, when it comes to any sort of intermediate repair this shop is extremely unprofessional with the maintenance and care of your vehicle. They will absolutely feign ignorance if they damage your parts, and their carelessness for their cliental is unbelievably upsetting. I hate that this has to be said, but if you are Asian American I advise to STAY AWAY from this shop as you will NOT be treated with the respect and care that you deserve.
