Saul and his time are phenomenal! I never leave reviews but felt his team deserved the recognition! It's hard to find a honest mechanic that looks out for their customers best interest. Saul will go above and beyond the call of duty when dealing with these warranty companies and making sure his customers are taken care of. I have a 2019 GMC Canyon 4x4 which was having transmission problems at 58,000 miles. The dealer could not solve the problem even after a $750.00 service appointment. However, AAMCO TRANSMISSION & Total Car Care did everything they could to help including contacting my auto warranty company. I would highly recommend AAMCO services and would definitely return if I needed their services.

I chose AAMCO because they come highly recommended, and this particular location had excellent reviews. My main contact was Saul, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to explain everything in detail and didn’t rush me. I was able to get my car back exactly when he said I would, and since we had another vehicle, I wasn’t in a hurry. My SUV required a remanufactured transmission; unfortunately, Ford did not produce one for my vehicle, possibly because it was too old. My SUV is a 2008 model with only 102,000 miles on it. Now that I have my SUV back with the new remanufactured transmission, the price was quite reasonable, and it seems to run even better than before! I highly recommend this AAMCO location to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for all your hard work!

Service department provided lead time and quote which turned out to be over 50 percent lower than dealership and lead time within 2 working days vs 2 weeks at dealership ! Great experience. Communication was fabulous, cost was exactly what was quoted, and vehicle was ready for pick up the exact time it said it would be ready; I even added a fluid change to the service. The distance from my work place may have caused me to arrive after they close. However, Saul offered to stay until I arrived. Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. In addition, I was instructed how to break in the new repair. And if by chance there is a problem, I was instructed to contact them immediately. This type of service is rare nowadays.

You want to tell your friends about this outstanding car care shop! Customer service is fantastic ( See Saul - Manager ). Not once did they ever drop the ball on repairing a very costly transmission replacement. Done in two days as promised. The mechanics are 2nd to none in Greenville. Having owned a repair shop in PA, I should know! Excellent pricing, quality parts and they know what they are doing. Saul went out of his way to get my vehicle completed before a busy weekend. AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care took care of us like we were family and it was our first visit. We were worried that our older vehicle was going to need a new transmission. The General Manager Saul was very patient and answered all of our questions. The tech was able to diagnose the Check Engine Light and an issue with a part in the engine quickly and efficiently and get it resolved for a very reasonable price. It turned out we didn't need a new transmission. We did get the recommended Transmission Fluid Service that we knew was due. Saul was very informative and friendly. This AAMCO shop is going to be our new go to shop for all of our car's mechanical needs. Kudos to the entire team.
