Eldry was professional and top notch with his customer service from start to finish. Did a great job on our 2010 BMW 328i . He treated me with respect and was straight forward in pricing with no surprises. Overall a good experience and will doing business in the future, when needed 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Update: I have been pushed to the back burner again! I was told they have all of the parts a while back, but somehow my latest update is that now they cannot have it ready until November 29. And still the only communication I get is these texts. I even called and asked to speak to the supervisor. He had “left early to go to the dentist”. I asked for him/her to return my call. That was last Thursday, 5 days ago, and still no call. This owner should be embarrassed! **Do yourself a favor and do not bring your car to this shop, because your car will not be a priority!** At this point my car has been there being “serviced” for over FIVE WEEKS! While I was told that the parts for my three year old Subaru would be tough to get, I was told that I could trust that it would be completed in 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks ago and asked if I needed to rent a car for my Thanksgiving trip to Florida and was basically guaranteed that it would be done, despite being told that my mechanic “doesn’t like to work on weekends”. Now, 4 days before my trip, I will be paying crazy last minute-holiday rates because I was just told that it is still unlikely to be done by next Monday or Tuesday. That makes it over a month and an half if it’s even done by then. And if James McGee is in charge of handling your car, good luck with the communication aspect. He will tell you, “I’ll call you first thing on Monday with an update” And then on Tuesday you’ll call to find out why he never reached out. He will then tell you that he’s “putting a note on [his] desk right now” to call you that afternoon after talking to the mechanic. Then at 5:00, you will have to call back because their shop is about to close and you’ve heard nothing. Amy (the one positive in this entire disaster—Caliber should give her a raise) will put you on hold and then come back with a fake story that James, I’m sure, told her to say about him being out of the shop at the moment because he “had to take a tire somewhere” 🙄. In reality, James realized that he was negligent in his duties and oops never said a thing to the mechanic all day while my car likely spent another day setting out back being ignored. I will be sure to update this review to reflect if I ever get my car back, total time at this shop, and my level of satisfaction with the actual fix. Since they have had my car since early October, their incompetence is the only thing have been able to review thus far. Summary: 1. Don’t bring your car to this shop. 2. Give Amy a raise, because if my experience is any indication, she probably has to deal with multiple infuriated people each day.
