Update: I have been pushed to the back burner again! I was told they have all of the parts a while back, but somehow my latest update is that now they cannot have it ready until November 29. And still the only communication I get is these texts. I even called and asked to speak to the supervisor. He had “left early to go to the dentist”. I asked for him/her to return my call. That was last Thursday, 5 days ago, and still no call. This owner should be embarrassed! **Do yourself a favor and do not bring your car to this shop, because your car will not be a priority!** At this point my car has been there being “serviced” for over FIVE WEEKS! While I was told that the parts for my three year old Subaru would be tough to get, I was told that I could trust that it would be completed in 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks ago and asked if I needed to rent a car for my Thanksgiving trip to Florida and was basically guaranteed that it would be done, despite being told that my mechanic “doesn’t like to work on weekends”. Now, 4 days before my trip, I will be paying crazy last minute-holiday rates because I was just told that it is still unlikely to be done by next Monday or Tuesday. That makes it over a month and an half if it’s even done by then. And if James McGee is in charge of handling your car, good luck with the communication aspect. He will tell you, “I’ll call you first thing on Monday with an update” And then on Tuesday you’ll call to find out why he never reached out. He will then tell you that he’s “putting a note on [his] desk right now” to call you that afternoon after talking to the mechanic. Then at 5:00, you will have to call back because their shop is about to close and you’ve heard nothing. Amy (the one positive in this entire disaster—Caliber should give her a raise) will put you on hold and then come back with a fake story that James, I’m sure, told her to say about him being out of the shop at the moment because he “had to take a tire somewhere” 🙄. In reality, James realized that he was negligent in his duties and oops never said a thing to the mechanic all day while my car likely spent another day setting out back being ignored. I will be sure to update this review to reflect if I ever get my car back, total time at this shop, and my level of satisfaction with the actual fix. Since they have had my car since early October, their incompetence is the only thing have been able to review thus far. Summary: 1. Don’t bring your car to this shop. 2. Give Amy a raise, because if my experience is any indication, she probably has to deal with multiple infuriated people each day.

Caliber took forever to fix my car, I had to pay out of pocket after 30 days for a rental. And miss work. They kept saying they would reach out and keep me updated. When I called them they gave me the same story every time. I still have scratches and a bent piece on the side of my car they were paid to fix.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Explained the repair process in detail. When parts arrived we dropped off the car. They actually completed the repairs two days sooner than the time they quoted to us. We were very pleased with the work and the insuring all the electronic systems were properly calibrated.

Great work on my BMW 440I. Replaced bumper and repaired side panel. Great job at intake and kept me informed the entire way. My contact, James, walked me through everything and made sure I was satisfied with the work before I left. All paperwork was complete when I arrived making the process go quickly and smoothly.

Do not use Caliber unless you want to pay a fortune in rental car cost. They initially told me two weeks to repair my vehicle when I dropped it off on December 30. They then moved the completion date eight times from 1-24 to 1-28 to 2-5 to 2-10 to 2-21 to 2-27 to 3-4 to 3-6 to 3-7. On January 28 they told me they had all the parts to complete the repair, so I’m not sure what they were doing from January 28 to March 7. They had my vehicle for a total of 67 days. When I came to pick up, the front desk attendant just gave me my key and receipt with no explanation. Management was well aware of the incompetence, so if their reply to this posting is to let them know, that is false concern.

Details were left out. Timelines weren’t accurate. Communication was ok after the fact, but just felt like I was an afterthought because I was an insurance customer. I didn’t have coverage for a vehicle through my insurance so it was a bigger problem. I waited over 5 days for a tire without a phone call. After I called and changed the tire brand I received my vehicle next day. I should have got a call prior to see if my preference was different. Paid 100 extra for transportation (uber) because of lack of communication.

Caliber does a great job repairing your car. Makes it look brand new. Staff is very nice and they keep you informed often. Very convenient if you need a rental car, Enterprise picks you up from Caliber. I strongly recommend to go there when you have any damage to your car.

Keith and Amy were great with communication and the repairs were quick as well as quality. They just opened this location a couple of weeks ago and I am grateful because their other locations were loaded up with work and unable to squeeze me in. I was pleased to find my car completely cleaned upon my return so she was showroom ready at time of pick-up! Highly recommend these folks for your body work needs. Catch ‘em before they start booking up.

Got into a minor fender bender. The insurance taking care of the damage went through Caliber. I’ve never dealt w/them before but I really liked the experience and would highly recommend them for everyone. Thankfully it was only cosmetic damage but it was taken care of w/in 4 days.

Took my car here for a rear end accident, they estimated that my repairs would take 4 days, didn’t get my car back for 5.5 weeks. Was very difficult to get in touch with them via phone. Once, I got a text saying my car was done, after I shuffled my own work schedule around and got over there to pick up the car, they said I shouldn’t rely on the text and that my car was not done (had tried to call them beforehand, but as stated already, couldn’t get them to answer). Personnel and customer service seemed great whenever we were face to face, but actions speak louder than words.

Progressive made me bring my car here after one of their insured wrecked into my car. They are trying to "total" it on me. It's not totaled. Beware of going here. They will screw you right on over. THEY RETURNED MY CAR WORSE THAN IT CAME TO THEM
