Excellent work, very honest! They give you a free, thorough, and accurate assessment/estimate before tearing into your car. There have been a few times I have brought different cars in, that I thought may need major work, and they just needed something minor. They even said, "this is work you can do yourself, and save a lot of money," so I did. Other times I wasn't so lucky, and needed a rebuild. Any work they have done for me has been done fast and right, for less money than the other shops! Troy and Rosendo are a great team. Definitely a 5 star shop.

Aatco will have my business for life, I had a transmission go out on me on a sunday and brought it to them the next day. They diagnosed the issue and worked out a few price options for me and I ended up going with a in house rebuilt transmission of theirs. I had an issue come up with the car I just received for my birthday. My husband called in to Aatco and told them what was happening and the noises I was hearing. We had an appt. set and scheduled within 30 minutes of making that phone call. Troy advised us of the estimate, called around and got the best deal possible for the parts we needed and we were done and out the door within 1.5 hours. I was so impressed with the personable service Troy gave us, that we decided to keep coming here anytime we have an issue. We also had our sons car worked on a month after, Troy personally drove him home so he didn't have to wait at the shop for hours. I showed up early on a Monday morning with a 68rfe in the back of my truck. Talked to Troy at the front desk who was very helpful and said he would have his expert look at it as soon as he could (I myself have worked in and been around the automotive industry long enough to know that usually means 3-5 business days. That was not the case here). He called me 2 hours later with a few questions and had an answer to my problem by noon the very same day. I know that's it is not liked when customers watch or help with builds but I had to know what I did wrong...Tom ,the transmission master, was more than willing to answer my questions and explain to me what I did and why what I did was not going to work. Big thanks to those guys for putting up with my eager mind and answering all my questions! Very knowledgeable crew with a very fast turnaround. I will be taking all of my current and future business to aatco transmission in marysville, CA from now on. Couldn't have had a better experience!

i had extended warranty that i never had to use before. I came to Aatco and spoke with Troy and i literally dropped the car off and told him how i had extended warranty and to please contact my warranty regarding coverage for the repair. I never had to speak with my warranty provider, everything was handled by Troy! He kept me in the loop by providing updates along the way regarding the warranty process. Had to get approval from an inspector. He handled speaking with the inspector. When he got the approval he informed me and began the repair. I came in a few times to ask questions and check if anything was needed on my behalf. He was polite and answered all my questions. Troy made this stressful event alot easier to manage. I got my car back repaired sooner than i even expected! ( i thought three weeks and i got it back within 8 or so days!) Transmission issues?...this is the best place to bring it!

Well my transmission is toast, but I will say that I was not charged to have it checked out. That was a really nice positive. I also want to say that Troy was very kind, friendly and was very understanding about the fact I had to leave my car for a couple of days before removing it.
