The staff at Palmer's Auto Repair were very honest and knowledgeable. The repairs they did was brakes, shocks, and replaced the control arms. I left my vehicle in the morning for them. To my surprise the repairs were done the same day. Great service at Palmer's Repair. I highly recommend them for any auto repair job.

My battery in my Insight died and had bought one from O'Reilly, hoping they could install it but their computer said it was a complex installation which would need an expert installer to replace. They referred me to Palmer's and the job was done perfectly. I decided to do an oil change while I was there and they took care of that too, no problems. They informed me of some issues my car might have but also assured me that it wasn't urgent, just an FYI - as you would expect from a good mechanic. Great people and great service. Highly recommend.

Brian and David did excellent work repairing my Subaru which had damage due to water intrusion. The job was complicated by the difficulty in getting a replacement amplifier from Subaru. Palmers has great customer service. They’re honest and I think we all know how hard that is to come by esp in auto repairs. Recently they did an oil change for my car and they let me know there was a leak. They didn’t try to pull one over on me, they literally told me check to see if my car still has warranty that way I’m not charged for it if need be. Palmers will always have a repeat customer with me.
