I do not recommend this truck repair shop; they are neither honest nor transparent with their customers. They make serious mistakes and refuse to take responsibility for them. I ordered parts for my tarp system through Abacor. I personally brought my truck in so they could take the correct measurements, but upon receiving the parts, my mechanic informed me that the dimensions were incorrect. When I contacted Abacor, they refused to issue me a credit for the incorrect parts. They deliberately told me that the *only* way to get a full refund was to return the entire order—every single item. I explained to them that the other parts had already been installed on my truck, and removing them would mean paying additional labor costs. I see no reason why they shouldn't simply issue me a credit for the specific parts that were wrong. Another thing I need to mention: regarding the order placed by Abacor Inc. with Pulltarp, they ordered five specific parts, each with its own unique dimensions. I managed to obtain a copy of that original order, but on the receipt Abacor Inc. handed me, only three parts were listed. Coincidentally, the two parts that *didn't* appear on their receipt were the very ones that turned out to be incorrect—strange, isn't it? And of the three parts that *did* appear on the receipt, two of those were also incorrect. Again—strange, right? In other words, only one single part out of the entire order was actually correct. I’m not making a definitive accusation, but I strongly suspect that they may have ordered parts intended for a different truck—perhaps another customer's vehicle—or simply inflated the order size to earn a larger commission on a bigger sale. Oh, and it’s worth noting that they tried to charge me for over six hours of labor—at a rate of $200 per hour, totaling $1,200—for a job that my own mechanics completed in less than three hours at a rate of $150 per hour. Quite a difference, don't you think? And that’s not all—they actually had to perform additional work, such as welding and straightening the damaged part, because the replacement part they ordered turned out to be incorrect. So, please, do not use this shop; they are extremely expensive, highly inefficient, and refuse to take responsibility when they make a mistake. I experienced this firsthand, and today I gave them the opportunity to resolve the issue amicably; instead, they behaved quite arrogantly—one of them even hung up on me. They simply hate to lose; they only want to win. In business, you win some and you lose some, but you must never shirk your responsibilities.
