Super helpful, friendly! Came in from out of town with a piece of molding that had blown off my passenger side windshield. Brian brought the car right in, reattached it, then said, “Have a safe trip.” And he didn’t charge me. An amazing experience.

They do not stand behind their work. We had a windshield replaced and it was not sealed on the side. We returned it the next day to have this corrected. The windshield was leaking 3 months later so we returned to have this corrected. The windshield then leaked and water ran into the main computer of the vehicle. When alerting the owner of this problem we were told he is not responsible for keep vehicles operational, although the windshield leak caused the problem. The is was poor quality work and they do not stand behind their work.

Had a rock go threw my windshield on my way out of town, do to mowers on the side of the highway. They had my windshield in stock. They got me right in an back on the road in an hour. Thanks to John Luke!! And the guy's!

Took my truck to these people , was told by noon it would be done. Guy calls and says he broke the first replacement window. So that prolonged my wait. When I did get the truck back 6 hours later, the back passenger window was chipped which it wasn't before. And they left new glue all over the outside and on the dash, As well as old glue all over the dash and seats. If I could give o star rating I would. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Abilene Auto is amazing! They called me back after hours and asked me questions to figure out what I needed. I thought I had to get my windshield replaced immediately due to safety issues but Jeff assured me it was not an immediate safety hazard and if I didn’t need to do it right away to call him back. I scheduled it for the next day because it was a great price compared to other places that quoted me. Heck my Ford dealership never even returned my two calls. Glad they didn’t now because I’m sure it would have cost me triple what Jeff charged. He was very honest and kind. They even gave me a ride to work and picked me up when it was done so I didn’t have to find a ride. It only took about two hours to replace which is important because I use my car for work. I definitely recommend them!!!

What a horrible experience. Now I have a chip and two drill holes. Manager wouldn’t even look at the repair done by his staff. Very unprofessional office staff - thanks for nothing other than down 60 dollars and two extra holes in the windshield!

Needed my windshield replaced promised one day. Dropped it off told it'll be done by 2pm when I dropped it off @9am. Around lunch I get call stating the windshield that they had to replace mine was damaged. Understandable things happen. Took a day off work to be able to do this that idea is ruined. I come in the next day since a new windshield is ordered. Brought it to them right when they open. Tell them I need it back by 12. They barely meet that deadline. When it's time to take the tape off the new windshield I noticed that a piece of trim is missing on my vehicle. I call so they can fix it. Then they tell me "I have to come in so they can look at it" which is already an inconvenience that this even happened. I let them look at it and they will order it. 2 weeks go by no response from them. I call and the person says I have no record of that part being ordered. I will have to order it again.. I'm am so upset by the lack of communication, I will never come back. Still currently waiting on the part they lost, so yeah if you don't mind being inconvenienced definitely come here.

Lost a passenger side rear window on the freeway, reason unknown. Called and they had the part in stock and were able to get me in same morning. Was all done in under an hour, including tinting the glass and cleaning out the back of the truck. Friendly, professional, efficient and very affordable. Affordable enough not to even care to file an insurance claim. Have used these folks before and will use them again should the need arise. Highly recommended.

After spending an extra 5 days in Abilene getting our truck fixed, we hit the road to drive to Santa Fe, NM. But 30min outside of town, highway mowers chucked a piece of steel through our windshield. Called these guys at Abilene Auto Glass and they already had the windshield in stock. We told them we were already behind on our travels and needed it fixed asap, they listened! After turning around and pulling into the shop, they fixed our windshield very quickly and with friendly service. I am so thankful they got us back on the road so quickly. 1000/10 would recommend these guys!
