I will never ever go back here again I purchased speakers didn't get them installed from him cause I learned my lesson the 1st time I went here and got my stuff installed 11 hours to install a amp and 4 speakers ... yes 11 hours ... dropped my car off at 12pm left the place at 11 pm ... so I went to return the rear speakers ... like 2 days after the purchase I didn't even take them out the box ... he said no returns ... then my 1 tweeter blew... and the other one making cracking sounds .. never again oh and he charged me extra for the speakers which I found everywhere for $55 .. he charge me $100... plus extra labor charges.... every time someone new came in he would take Like 30-45 minutes with them ... then come back to the car and start working happened like 7 or 8 times I shouldn't of paid the extra labor charges but at that time I just wanted to get the heck out of there and never ever go back

I had an appointment with Abnormal Kustoms for my body kit to be installed, i was quoted a fair price. When i showed up to drop the car off nobody was at the shop. I waited about 45 minutes then went home, only reason it is a 2 star is because the gentleman who runs the phone called me to check and see if i was still coming to get the work done. He did not know why nobody was at the shop an hour after opening time. Also hard to locate, no signs on the building indicating it was a business

I got my car hit last year by a teenager, I took my car up to them and they waisted all my rental for 2 months making it seem like they were getting parts and there was a shortage on parts, never fixed my car. My insurance company sent them the money to fix my car and they fraudulent and cashed a check that needed my signature “that i never signed”, but they were some how able to still receive the funds. I haven’t heard from them or neither have they answered me or the insurance company that called them, this happened last April 2022 and it’s now about to be August of 2023 and my insurance company is still having an issue receiving the funds back, still my car is not fixed, hell now it’s worst and has electrical issues. Worst shop I’ve ever been to in my life, I warn everyone to stay away from them they should be shut down, complete scam artists.

Where do I start. First time customer, brought my infiniti g35 to get both after market headlights replaced with new and improved aftermarket headlights, along with sidemarker lights on both sides of the front bumper. They did it with ease, and precision. He also took the time and fixed my aftermarket front bumper due to faulty work from previous tech from a different shop. I never asked him too, he just did. Pleasantly surprised, but not surprised by the fast, efficient, attention to detail service I was provided. You can tell that these men take pride in what they do, they treat your vehicle as though it was their own. Professionalism off the charts I will definitely refer Abnormal Kustoms to others, and will definitely be back.

The owner knows nothing about body work . Brought my luxury car here, due to the fact the the higher quality shop was booked out for 3 months. This man had my car for a month and two weeks. Geico had estimated it to take 12 days . I was paying for a rental out of pocket the whole time. He’s kept dragging the days out by not ordering BMW parts . He was trying to order aftermarket parts and not using any of the money that Geico payed him. Also he was refusing to let me see my car during the process. I had popped up one day to see my car because it had been a month with no progress, he refused to answer the phone or allow me to see my car , I even called the authorities and he refused to allow them in as well . He kept asking Geico for more money and yet wasn’t doing anything on my car . After picking my car up 45 days later , as soon as I pulled out of his driveway, the engine light was on . Called him and he did nothing . Took it to BMW and it had some radiator smoke damage due to the way that he reattached my radiator while replacing it. $500 extra dollars out of my pocket and $1200 in rental fees . And to top it off , he doesn’t even do the auto body repair, he brings in other people to complete the job on their days off from their real job. This man is a joke and please stay away , I will never do business with him again !!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome! Knowledgeable and friendly! Our driver side door stopped closing while on vacation and we ended up here. Area looked sketchy at first, but was definitely the right place to be! Gentleman stopped what he was doing to look at our car. Tried a couple of quick fixes to get it working again. Wasn't able to fix it in the time we could give him (cause we can't drop off car since we are from out of town AND we showed up late), but hw tried anyways. I'm confident he could've fixed it if we could've given him the time. He didn't even charge us for trying! Great guy, great place!

I trust Zo. He is honest with me and flexible with troubleshooting and coming up with a solution. We transport medical equipment inside of an SUV. Needed wiring for an internal winch and rack system. I now bring all of my vehicles to him.
