Lacked communication between customers and employees. I waited at the customer service desk 30 minutes before anyone came. I then had ask them to check on my car which I knew was ready. They didn't have enough people available for whatever the reason. I feel that the service desk should never be unattended for more than 5 minutes at the most!!

Brought in vehicle for oil change. Nothing wrong with vehicle when it when in. They pulled car out and parked when done. Got in car engine light was on and engine was jumping and loud noise. Then quit could not start. They did not put oil back in it and they started it and drove it. The Engine blew up because no oil. They will not take any responsibility for it. Had it towed to engine shop and they said it was started with no oil. Now i need a new engine $4000. There corporate would not do anything. Because they are so big they do not care about their customers. Getting a Attorney

Rude and couldn't figure out the incredibly simple math involving dates on automotive batteries. I was going to call corporate but I actually just feel bad for them.

Had an oil change at 9:30 am, showed up at 9:25 to be early as REQUESTED in the reservation. The oil change took over an hour and a half. Do not go here. It’s a complete mess.

This section of the store is serious under-staffed. There should be at least 2 full-time cashiers always there, and at least 1 automotive staff member for auto care always stationed at this "desk" - and not moving away from desk, to take in automotive customers. The people here are all nice and friendly but being under-staffed can lead to frayed nerves. And this can be seen when dealing with some rude customers. Also, their waiting room is a joke - I have seen walk-in closets that were larger. This one seats 6 on a good day but not if anyone has kids with them. Many customers have no choice but to stand around outside the room or in automotive area since most won't walk around the store to alleviate crowding. Walmart should seek to enlarge the automotive department into another wing, like Sears, with a larger waiting room. The Walmart at Clemson & I-77 is a perfect example of this - Large waiting area, and 3 cashier's desks for checkout separate from automotive check-in. Service here is excellent. Many employees have been here for years! (At least 12 years I have gone there). Oil changes rarely take 30 minutes per car (they have 2 lines for oil changes!) - but your wait may be longer depending on how many cars are waiting. The clean out your car mats and even seem to check your fluids. (Not really certain about this). That being said, Wait times are shorter at beginning of the week and Huge at end of work week and Saturdays. Of course, it is also worse on biweekly paydays (1st &15th?). The only downside to going here is that some of the "adult" customer's are rude or lacking in good manners - I have seen some incidents over the years that really surprised me, by both White and African-American customers. The majority are nice, respectful people and are treated quite well by even the lowest of employees. It may be just a job to them to some but these people enjoy their work and it shows. They even have women working on cars who have been there for years and are more experienced than some "male" car workers at "pro" shops. No sales pressure here! So unless you are up to no good, you will enjoy having your tires or oil replaced here. But BEWARE - If you start any trouble or come here to cause a problem, the Columbia Police are only 2 minutes away! (Usually stationed at the school across the street!)

Well first the website, sign on the building and employees all express that the tire center opens at 7. When I arrived employees were coming in between 7- 7:10 and the bay doors didn't get opened until 715. Everyone was nice but it didn't open until 715. And then when I called later in the day. The phone rung for 3 minutes with no answer. This is very disappointing experience.

I called over the phone and the lady advised they were open to 7 and they were performing services. I took my car at 3 and got it back by 335 i was pleased . I got a simple oil change and was in and out. It usually take longer at other locations but this was fast for me. I will definitely go back.

I ordered tires online twice and they cancelled twice with no reason. I called in person and they looked up the order and said they had it. Nobody realized that the online system changed the tire size. So after they took my tires off it was the wrong size and they had to put the old ones back on. I used to do tires when I was a teenager, and if my management and ordering system was a clown car like this, I would have quit. I feel sorry for the decent people working out in the shop.

All of the automotive folk very knowledgeable and helpful to all their customers July 6, 2018. I observed interactions with all of them. KUDOS🤗 But alas, Walmart corporate inventory lacked their best selling platinum AGM series batteries. And their MAXX H7 lead acid batteries were more costly than their own superior Platinum AGM's. Recommend corporate interview the knowledgeable folks working at Two Notch

So make an appointment online like I was told to do and was okay with it for 0830. The day of, got a call the appointment was pushed right 30mins, so waited and than was told the techs will not be here for another 30mins. Thank god I did not schedule for the first appointment at 0700. Need better management, and scheduling.

Great service I set my appointment online the night before and I showed up 10 minutes late Ms Krystal was nice and helpful and took my information and keys. I sat in the waiting area maybe 45-1 hour I shopped for things while I waited. Got a text when it was done got rung up and was on my way. I stop and asked Justin was everything okay he said yes. Again great great service differently will be returning.

Limped my way to the auto center for an emergency flat tire repair. They refused saying "we don't do that anymore" due to "not enough people" and "I'm sending them home at 4" (posted hours are until 7). Luckily I've got AAA to rescue me from the auto center parking lot that I'll never visit again.

Schedule an oil change appointment for 7:30am. They come out at 9:10am and say they can't do the oil change because they dont have the filter. Lack of customer service and full of incompetence.

I had an awful experience at Killian, but I am so beyond happy I decided to go to the Two notch location. Mr. Charlie is an exceptional manager, I see why this department is so organized, kind and swift. Management makes a huge difference. Huge thanks to Will, Kelvin and Rocco for being so nice and being the example of superb service! Every walmart in the Midlands should get trained by Mr. Charlie so every store can have a team like his.

If I could give one stars I would. This is the most unprofessional location I’ve ever been too. I came to get my tire replaced. Employees walking around aimlessly. Not acknowledging customers. Only one guy was checking people in. They start working on my car and put the wrong size tire on my new vehicle. COST $110.96. STRIKE 1. I noticed before I left the parking lot & told them I had to go back to work. I would be back at 5 so they could put the right size tire on. I came back and had to wait an hour to be serviced. Mind you I should have been priority over anybody else. Because the wrong size tire could cause serious damage to my vehicle & I’m the one who noticed the mistake. STRIKE 2. They finally finish working on my car and I walk up to the counter expecting to get a receipt and my keys and these scammers charge me an additional $99.16 for a new tire. They said it was because of the brand. I NEVER asked for a specific brand of tire I just wanted the corrected size. So of course they put on the most expense tire and expect me to pay for their mistake. These people scammed me out of over $200 for one tire. STRIKE 3. Worst service ever received by people who clearly are not trained or being supervised properly. Would not recommend you come to this location. Walmart has definitely declined since coming here with my dad years ago.

I wish they would stop documenting that they did work when they really haven’t. It takes less than 5 mins to put some air in three tires. The tech that performed my service was Angel. My personal message to you is if you don’t want to do the job your paid for or if you’re going to do a half ass job QUIT! This is unacceptable.
