Not sure yet. I've had a better experience before when I took my car in but this day one guy was sleeping and the other one looked over worked. He seem to be doing it all, but just the minimum. I don't feel all my services were done. I know just days since my oil change I have a serpentine belt that slipped off and my car had to be towed. Don't know how to feel right now but I'm not blaming anyone but I pray the guys at Tire Choice do right by their customers because it's a convenient place to go for service.

Update to my review below: The manager at this location did make things right. He is very courteous and professional. And I appreciate the way he took care of my car's needs. Thank You Chief! _________________________________ I set a 6:30 appointment to get tires put on. I arrived at 6:13. Im told, "our tech just left, you'll have to come back." Nope, I don't have to come back, and I won't. Tire Choice, your competition just won.

Hire better mechanics. People that are actually knowledgeable, have experience, make it to work on time, and have a reliable source of transportation. I have brought one vehicle here, but will not ever bring another one by, I would rather pay more somewhere else or drive further for a better option.

I went there and I was charged 38.00 for them fully inspect my car and I was told that I didn't have a leak anywhere and they literally lied to me because my thermostat housing was cracked and my car wouldn't hold antifreeze I will never go back there again they got $38 out of me for nothing and I was also told that I could drive my car from Columbia to Lugoff if I had gotten on the road I could've possibly had a blown head gasket if my car had to run hot listening to them, I would never never go back there ever again

I was not pleased with the product and service I received at this store. Bought new tire that went flat less than 3 weeks of purchase.bi had to buy another new tire. I may not be versed in tire tech but I do know a new tire should last more than 3 weeks. I felt the store should have made adjustments. I have had used tires last longer. They do not stand behind the product they sell. Doubt I will purchase tires from this store or any company store.

I was made aware after the fact that the shop was broken into. I've been a customer for 3+ years & this was the worst. I had the oil changed on Tuesday on Thursday my car ran hot it none of what should have been checked to make sure was sufficient didn't happen. If everything was properly checked this would not have happened. Also didn't get tire rotation nor did I get any check to make sure there isn't any problems with my vehicle. In other words what normal with high mileage oil change did not happen

I was traveling from NC to Atlanta and I noticed my battery light came on. I stopped at a Walmart and then O'Reilly to find out that it was my alternator but that they felt I could make it to Atlanta still. They said I would need to deal with it within the month. Well needless to say I lost electricity by the time I was by the broad river exit and pulled off for it to die. It was 1pm on Sunday. I called around and no one would help until I called Tire Choice. They were sympathic and understanding. As long as I could get the car to them by 5pm they said they would stay to fix it. I got it their by 3pm and they stayed until it was done. I, my elderly mom and my dog were all so greatful for helping and their kindness. My alternator had officially died. They replaced it and had me back on the road by 5:15pm. You all saved me and my family. Thank you

Steven and his team worked excellently to make sure my car's alignment was right. They had it straight but something was still off. They went step by step checking all the parts I replaced, all had got little loose. Then even made sure the rest of the surrounding parts were secure. It all came together great in the end. The attention to details was appreciated. And Steven worked with me to get a price on tires so I could keep being satisfied here.

Went here for a wheel alignment. I made an appointment over the phone for 10 AM but when I got there There was only one person working and they were waiting for “the mechanic” to show up. nearly 8 hours later I had to call them back to question if my vehicle was done. Their response was our Mechanic had to go do something and your vehicle might be done in 45 minutes.. 45 minutes later no call. when I finally decided to just show up my I still noticed something wrong when i drove away. I returned a couple of days later and explained what was still going on with my vehicle, even after an alignment. They claim that they do a test drive before and after they do alignment. They also claim to have raised the vehicle in the air. Come to find out my two back Tires are completely worn, ready to burst and needed to be replaced. I don't understand why i wouldn't be advised of this if they visually inspected my vehicle before and after the service. This could have turned into a dangerous situation for meor anyone on the freeway. I am not a mechanic and thus i was relying on them to tell me if there was something else needed besides just an alignment which was 136 dollars. They did give me a small discount but what was meant to be an hour long service took a whole 9 hours total. Definitely need more actual full time mechanics in this location.

Had a great experience at this place the other day when I brought in my car for an oil change. The staff were friendly and very forgiving when I showed up a bit late to the appointment. The person who helped me was Joshua and he did a great job. Overall excellent service and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
