my car was unfortunately stuck in a shooting that occurred in late november. they were wonderful with helping be schedule around the holidays and having to go home to visit family. once my car was in their hands it only took a week and they were constantly giving me updates on the progress of my car which was reassuring. 100% recommend if you need body work done!

Dropped my vehicle off went well. Then I called 3 weeks later to see if I can get an update, the receptionist asked me if I was sure I dropped my car off there. OMG they lost my car 1st red flag. No they just filed it under the wrong name I do t know how I'm the only one on all the paperwork. Ok now I'm getting automated texts from them say my car is on track for pick up on the date they told me. 3 months later I get a text from Jess 2 days before my car should be ready saying hey I'm going on vacation if your car is done this week they will call you. Ok but I'm still getting text that my car is on track for pickup in two days. So I call and Jess says oh know it's not going to be ready for two more weeks. Mind you I'm in a rental that I'm now paying for out of pocket due to insurance only covers 30 days. Ok two weeks goes by and they call your car is ready, nice. I go pick it up and it is poorly put back together it's missing parts and the paint is already piling and my gas door won't open. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. So the VP of collisions email me after seeing the pictures I sent and say this work is unacceptable and will be fixed ASAP and they will rent me a car for the the inconvenience. Ok nice a other week without my car mind you they're paid in full (15k) for all repairs, I get my car back after a week and get the old I don't know how that works got through quality control, they also added more damage to my car with an inch door ding to the passenger side. OMG ok I drop the rental off I pick up my car at this point it is what it is. Never again do your research and find a company that cares about the work they do. Never bring your vehicle here. Ok the nightmare's over, wrong they changed me for the rental car they said they would pay for just charged it to my card. If this helps one person from the nightmare I went through then I'll be happy and take the rental car bill on the chin as a lesson learned NOT to do business with ABRA.

Abra was unbelievable from the first time I met the lady to the last. What they did is unbelievable I really couldn't believe how my car was hit twice and you wouldn't know that it was hit at all after they got threw with it. Also what impressed me how they let me know what progress they were making. I would give them a 10 plus plus. Thank you all you did.

Absolutely amazing! After doing my homework I decided to take my vehicle here to be repaired after i was side swiped and they proved to be the right choice . They frequently sent text updates on my car through the process and reached out when they needed to . They worked fast and my car looks better than what i bought it ! They worked with the insurance who payed for my car and were more helpful throughout the process than the insurance company . 10/10 recommend

We spoke with Erin B. from the start. Two of our three vehicles were damaged in our driveway when a drunk driver drove through our front yard through our driveway and plowed into two of our vehicles causing extensive damage. Erin was great at explaining everything she needed. And how she would process everything once we got our claim Going. Her free estimate was quick and efficient. I know she owes that to the folks in the shop as well. Everything handled by Abra was very professional and efficient. Communication was thorough and Aaron responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely return. Should we need any of their services in the future.

I was rear ended by an uninsured drunk driver. I took my vehicle to Abra to get repaired, however spite them having my car for nearly a month, they did not properly repair the bumper of my Outback. The parts were not seamlessly put back together, there was a giant gap (I’ll insert photo) I took my vehicle back and they “fixed” it but only somehow made the gap slightly smaller? I also noticed a giant scratch on the driver rear door which was NOT there prior to their work. I reached out regarding this and never heard back. This was a very poor experience and I won’t be returnig to Abra

When my dad was alive, he swore by this shop, so choosing them felt right. Erin was wonderful and kept me updated throughout the process. They even detailed the inside of my car unexpectedly but appreciated. It’s smells and looks brand new, definitely recommend!
