I brought my Toyota 4runner in for ac issues and to program the key fobs to the vehicle. Four hours later, when they were finished with the vehicle, they said I was to pay over 400 dollars for the diagnostics and unfortunately they weren't able to program the key fobs. I asked why I'm being charged for the key fob programming when the keys didn't actually get programmed. They said that their technician tried for 2 hours and couldn't do it. I said im not paying for tried, I pay for success. They credited me. What about the ac? They said an actuator needs to be replaced. It will be 1600 dollars and 3-5 days. I said, do you have the part number? They gave it to me, guess how much the part is on Amazon? 83 dollars. This is why you never go to the dealership for anything. Thieves.

Horrible service. I waited for 2.5 hours for a oil change that I had an appointment for, after 2.5 hours I went to the service person and asked what was going on worth my car. She had no idea and went to find out. Finally I got my car and got the print out of everything that was supposedly done and there were multiple services that were optional and it said i denied all the services, I WAS NEVER ASKED IF I WANTED ANYTHING so how could I deny them. It also said my car was washed, it was not. My tire light was even still on, went back on to get someone to check my tires and get them filled so the light would go off. The paper said my tires were checked. HHMM that's funny.

I decided to use McDonald Toyota for maintenance on a low mile Tundra I just purchased. I just figured the dealer was the best place to maintain the truck verses quick oil change places. Turns out I was wrong. I set an appointment and was told it would be 45 minutes. Turns out it takes an hour and a half. I was late for an appointment so I did not take time to address the drivers floor mat being removed and not put back or grease on the inside of the drivers door. The truck seemed louder too. After driving the truck for a couple weeks I became convinced it wasn’t my imagination. I open the hood to find the air cleaner undone and partially open. Obviously I have spent the past two weeks sucking dirty air into my engine. Unbelievable! This is completely unacceptable for expensive an expensive dealer oil change. My truck and wallet would have definitely been better off at a quick oil change place. Won’t make this mistake again.

McDonald Toyota did a great job of fixing a recalled item as well as an additional alignment repair. I was quoted 4 hours, but the repairs were done in an hour and a half.

Service took an hour longer than I was told it would take. Service continues to try to charge me for a diagnostic on an issue that has been occurring since I bought the vehicle, still under warranty. Thankfully I can explain and not be charged; but check the log. All my service has been performed at this location. The radio needs an update that can only be done at Toyota and I’d be charged, little scammy of Toyota. Recently called service and two days later have still not received a return call. It’s nearly impossible to get someone in the service department to pick up the phone. The receptionist can only do so much and then you need the department you’re calling. It’s gone downhill over the last year or so.

This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Tonya was completely glued to her phone watching videos and couldn’t be bothered to speaking to me about our vehicle. When my wife came back to pick it up, she still didn’t put her phone down not even for a second which shows exactly how little she cares about customers. We scheduled this appointment specifically to address warranty work and our 5k service and made that clear when booking. At drop-off, we were suddenly told that none of the warranty work would be done because Tonya’s team “doesn’t do that on Saturdays.” This was never mentioned beforehand. Instead, we were told we’d have to come back during the week, meaning I’d need to take time off work for something that should have been handled during our scheduled appointment. It’s an hour round-trip to this dealership, and this level of disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable. What makes it worse is that Tonya has treated us the same way with our last three vehicles clearly this is a pattern, not a one-off incident. She is not pleasant to work with We will not be returning to this service center or this dealership. If this is the standard of customer service McDonald Toyota allows, it’s no wonder people choose to go elsewhere.

McDonald Toyota was a very friendly place to have my Toyota 4 Runner worked on. The service team sent me a video to see what was being done to it during it's oil change. I've never received service like that from another Toyota dealer!! Great Job McDonald Toyota!!

I had a 730 appointment. They didnt call. I called at 930 then they went out to get keys out of lockbox. I made the appointmemt with specific services to be done but the main service item I wanted did not get done. They didnt even call during the service with recommendations. I dont recommend Amanda as a service agent but we all have bad days. I recommend that you require an estimate and a call before any workis done. If you drop off the car and put the keys in the drop box, dont write anything other than call me before any work is done on the envelope.

The normal periodical service of my RAV4 went very well. It was fast and efficient. I learned about anything I needed to replace and how critical it was, so I could plan. Very courteous staff and technicians.

Front air dam fell off on a road trip when I first got 4Runner. Nobody at dealership would listen. When I finally got it in two months later they put the same one back on with non OEM screws/bolts. Fell off again. This time I had to contact higher management to only be Told no eta on new parts. It’s been two more months and not even a Follow-up! I wouldn’t buy from this dealership! There were other problems starting with sales person. Then with service. Very poor customer service!

The McDonald Toyota service department is top-shelf. I've been going there for years and I'm always treated well. Caroline Calabrese, in particular, went well above and beyond assisting me complete work I had to do while the internet was down for a decent chunk of Greeley. She's also exceptionally kind and competent. If you need your Toyota serviced, look no further.

Unfortunately at the time I went in, the service advisor did NOT pay attention to my needs or even listen to me. They kept my car from 9am to pass 3pm. They did tire rotation and 4 recalls that I was NEVER explained, no communication at all, specially when I TOLD her I NEED my car at 3pm at the VERY LATEST!! I can explain everything, but I already did it to Toyota. Weird enough Macdonald toyota send me this message to review them online!? Even though I told Toyota that I was NOT happy with them. I do have to say thank you to the guy who try to save the say, and helped me out. (Don't remember his name) Hopefully they get better, that way they don't loose customer like me! Thank you!

Great service, dropped truck off, took complimentary lift home. Video report by techs is always great and team communicated with me well. When it was done they texted me and I lyfted back to pick it up. Their service packages offer best value if you pre pay for 3 services.

Usually great. However I had to call 3 times about my car. Communication was severely lacking after I brought it in. No car wash. Maintenance light wasnt turned off. I had just brought it in 6 months before and paid 2k in repairs. This time brought it in and 2k in repairs that they didn't do the first time. Tech said they would give me more of a discount but never heard back. Overall very dissapointed. Haven't had this experience in the past.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership and found out later the dealership did not do factory suggested repairs. Of course, nobody can do anything about it now to help me with the $4000 repair. Happy to help, for a price. It feels like every time I bring my vehicle in, something else goes wrong.. Do not recommend. I will no longer be using McDonald’s dealerships or service.

So very pleasantly surprised at every aspect of my used car purchase from McDonald Toyota. The professionalism, speed, ease, honesty, vehicle, delivery, price, salesperson, management, and follow up afterwards (to overnight me a lug nut key that I had forgotten) was off the charts. I am very grateful and can strongly recommend McDonald Toyota.

I have gone to this dealership for car maintenance over the last 10 years since I have gotten a RAV4 from them. They continuously improve their services over the years. It’s easy to set up an appointment and to talk through the next thing my car needs. Also their procedure on sending a video of what your car looks like in the shop is pretty cool to see them explain things.

Oil change and tire rotation. Always easy to schedule an appointment, waiting area is clean comfortable and snacks provided! Great communication with video of service with recommended repairs shown. Always appreciate their great service. We purchased the car from them in 2016 and they have taken care of it from day 1! Highly recommend

I’ve been bringing my Tundra here for 3 years since I bought it new from the Fort Morgan dealership. I live in Fort Collins but cannot stand my local Toyota dealer so I driver here. Everything has always been done well and they help make sure I get the right services and that anything that is covered is paid for before I have to pay the remaining amount. I was just I again today and Amanda did a great job and I’ve had very good service from Tonya as well. I’ve had services take longer than expected but that’s why it’s only an estimate of time. I’ve ever had them charge me more or try add on services I don’t need. They do a good job keeping me updated and being available if I need anything. The waiting room is nice with snacks, drinks and even fancy coffee on demand. It’s a dealership so it isn’t going to be the cheapest place to go but the work has always been done well and with a newer vehicle I think it’s important to bring it here to assure no issues with warranty later.
