I am OCD when it comes to my truck. I was very worried with this 'paintless' dent repair, however, this is what the insurance suggested for repairs. Like most folks, I Googled this process to get a better understanding. After research, I decided to go and talk to Automotive Appearance Specialists. I am so happy I did. Bill and his team had me feeling like I was an old friend by the time I left from setting up the appointment. Dropped my truck off, they were right on schedule as discussed and the outcome....WOW! This is a bit of an understatement as my truck looked NEW. Flawless. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would/have recommended them to my friends. Simply put, you will not be disappointed and Bill and I have already discussed another truck I need to get some work done on as well.

I took my car here because I had extreme hail damage and my car looked horrible. When I got my car back it looked brand new. Everyone here was so polite including the 3 dogs I encountered and I do not even like dogs. They kept me informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle and the insurance company. Made this a very pleasant experience. And I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow!!🤩 I came to Automotive Appearance Specialist because of the reviews so I thought I’d have an ok experience but OMG I had an over the top wonderful experience!! Fast, friendly, fair priced and fabulous job. They specialize in hail damage so perfect for Colorado issues but I had a collision problem. I was glad I was ahead of the hail storm and got my collision damage fixed on my Audi back to brand new. Now I know where to go since it would seem the summer is going to have lots of hail. This is the place to take your car!!

My car was damaged in a bad hail storm and I took it to Automotive Appearance Specialists on the recommendation of a coworker. I'm glad I did! Becky and the team were wonderful to work with and kept me updated during the weeks they had my car. Becky always answered my phone calls, texts, all the questions etc. with no problem. I appreciate the communication. The best part is, they did a wonderful job fixing my car! It looks (and smells) brand new! I also enjoyed petting the adorable shop dogs too. I was absolutely blown away when we picked my car up. My car got hit with hail pretty bad last summer. The second we walked into the shop we were treated like family. Becky was beyond amazing and handled our insurance for us (with what she could). My car got approved with insurance fast enough that they could start immediately on it when I dropped it off. They had it done in the same day! For reference I mainly had body hail damage on my fenders, doors and trunk. I also had my windshield replaced through them. When I saw my car I was shocked. It had sooo much damage and it looks better now than it even did pre-damage. They detailed it (inside and out!) before I picked it up too. I would come here again in a heartbeat if I needed to. The work was fantastic, I can’t say enough good things.
