Had an appointment for 3 pm and after waiting for hour and a half they started working on my truck. But only because I asked what was taking so long. I was given excuses and then they started the work. I waited a little over 2 hours for a standard oil change. And then was told to come back tomorrow to complete the service which includes a car wash.

I was only supposed to get my warranties fixed, but when they did my inspection they found that I had a bad belt, which they had to order. I’d requested a loan vehicle when making the appointment and they allowed me to keep it for 2 days while my car got fixed. The staff were kind and helpful and quick getting my car finished

I took the vehicle in for a 1:00 p.m. appt. Called around 4:00 p.m. and the truck was not finished. The truck was apparently done around 5:00 p.m. Waited for a call to go pick-up. The truck was apparently done but never received a call to pick it up. Never received a call the next day. Took it upon myself to call which they stated it was done. That they texted around 5:30. The day before. I was told they tried to text. I had told them the phone number was a landlines. I guess no one knows how to dial a number anymore. Was disappointed on how they handled their customer service!!!

I needed help when my van started having issues while I was on a road trip. Weld County Garage got me in and diagnosed the issue within minutes of my discovering there was an issue and calling them. They diagnosed the problem, found the part I needed from another source, got it delivered to their shop, installed it, checked the rest of my vehicle over to be sure it was safe to continue driving, and got me back on the road again, all without charging me an arm and a leg. Their service department was an absolute dream to work with. I had two large dogs with me and they were so welcoming to my dogs while we waited for the vehicle. I was grateful to find WCG when I needed them and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle, or looking for a new vehicle. They were honest and genuinely wanted to help. That's hard to find these days and I will always recommend them after the integrity and kindness they showed me. I have never felt more comfortable when being out of town and needing help than when I was at Weld County Garage. They went above and beyond to help me get back home safely. These guys are the real deal, best of the best, and you should go to them!

They were very professional and courteous and stayed with the issue on my truck until they found the problem. It did take a few days and I couldn’t get a loaner 🙁🙁. They are good people and Jacque was great !!! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was no loaner which when some folks like me only have one vehicle makes things very difficult . I will come back and do recommend them . !!

I was happy to be able to get in on a day I had free time for a oil change/tire rotation. Upon arrival I was told they where running a little behind and it would possibly take an hour and a half to an hour and forty five for my scheduled service. We'll they blew that out of the water by almost double. A few minutes shy of 3 hours they finally said my truck was done. The waiting area was nice and the coffee machine was great, but there's no way it should have taken this long for an oil change and tire rotation. Then to be charged almost $200 for the privilege was just icing on the cake. I know it was my choice to take my vehicle to the dealership for maintenance, but im starting to think I will no longer use Weld County Garage for my vehicle needs. I already won't deal with sales because of their new sales policies.

First time at WCG. They were far better in service than another Chevy dealership we’d been taking our vehicles to for service. Several walk up stations provided immediate service. I received text messages during the repair process with updates and recommendations. It was easy to respond via text with which services I wanted completed. I received a text notification that our vehicle was near completion and another when it was ready to pick up. Prices seemed in line with others.

So far 80% is good. Rear wiper blades was installed but no make a horrible sound half way through it's cycle. Plus they set the old wiper blades in the seat instead of on the floor. Not much good on the leather interior!

The General service quality was very good. There were some issues with communication of times of service. My vehicle was held for 6 days to accomplish a diagnostic and general oil change and tire rotation. This was not communicated to me until the end of the service time. I would have appreciated knowing this earlier in the scheduling of this appointment.

I went in for an oil change and the service was rather fast and the staff polite I didn’t like that unlike at Markley (where I got my car)they didn’t top off my fluids like at markley GMC so idk if I will be serving my vehicle there for the future
