I've always been skeptical of dealership service centers but feel like I was treated honestly and respectfully. Kevin is running a great department and the mechanics did solid work

Not the worse place to take your car, but anytime I take my car and think I need to take it to another place for a second opinion I can’t give more then 3 stars. Just don’t feel very confident in this dealership. I will say I love the service office staff they are always pleasant.

Five stars so far. They are very friendly and helpful. I had a user error moment and thought my DPF tank was only 2.6 gal, and it caused my warning not to turn off. I took it in thinking it was the sensor. They filled up my tank which reset the warning. No charge to me.

After having several bad experiences at Emich VW in Boulder, I thought I would try Greeley VW and this place is night and day from Emich in Boulder. At Greeley VW, Erin in Service is friendly, accommodating, and informed. Staas in Sales is a master and a breath of fresh air from the stereotypical salesman. The ENTIRE team at Greeley VW welcomed me with smiling faces and doted on my dog and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. And on that note, my oil change went quicker than I expected (vs all day at the other place) and a software update that was potentially going to take 2-4hrs only took a little over an hour. Way to under sell and over deliver, Greeley VW! Please don't waste your time (and frustration) at other dealerships like I did...just head over to Greeley VW.

This is the place that turns an unfortunate situation around. Nobody anticipates car issues and yet we all seem to experience them from time to time. From the initial emergency to the final paperwork this is the place to go for preventative maintenance or repair. The service writers have great interpersonal skills and vehicle knowledge that makes for a comforting experience. Their manager Kevin goes out of his way to give a sense of teamwork, jumping towards the counter if the service team is busy. My wife and i have been here on several occasions with each one a positive visit. Extra kudos to Erin, his honesty is what the auto service industry needs. I know this because I've been on the other end of unnecessary service billing. I'll be back, hopefully just for routine maintenance.

Was buying a used '17 Golf at the nearby Loveland Ford (a sister store to this Greeley VW-Nissan) under really dire circumstances - my car was totaled in the middle of a cross country move to LA. We called this service center to see if they would look the car over so we could be sure it would be good to go for the rest of the drive to LA. There was a mysterious rattle we were hearing. The guy in the service center heard me out, and got me in to see the techs on very short notice. He even drove the car around on a test drive. He diagnosed the problem and we went back to the dealer to get it fixed before getting on the road. Thank you for helping us out of a tough spot and going above and beyond!

After 10 plus years of taking all my Volkswagens to the emich service department they had recently really dropped their customer service I needed a second opinion. Decided to take it here due to a recommendation from a coworker and I am so glad I did. Not only were they $300 cheaper they shuttled me to work and picked me up got me out of there the same day and were so nice and professional. You just got a loyal customer! Thank you!!

I bought my Bug from Greeley VW and had a really positive experience. When I took it in recently for an oil change I was expecting an experience that was also positive. I am so disappointed in how I was treated over a service as routine as my oil change. The service seemed good as I waited for the oil change to be complete and I drove it home no problem. The very next day when I turned my key to drive to work with the air conditioning on, a face full of leaves and debris came through the vents and covered my interior. For the next two weeks my air conditioning felt like it wasn't working. It would not get cool in the cabin. When I looked at the notes for the next appointment I had scheduled for an airbag recall there was a generalized note about a cabin filter. When I called Greeley VW the person who answered my call assured me the techs put a cabin filter back in and that's why there were leaves blowing into my car. Even after I brought the service note to his attention. I just spent $30 and installed my own cabin filter as the one that "was put back in" was not there at all and the foam cover was placed in such a way that it was blocking the ports as well as one of the thumb screws that was once present prior to the oil change is now completely missing. Ialdo reinstalled the plastic cover that was just left on my floor. What exactly did I pay for? Why did i have to pay full price for a service that was incomplete? Thank you Greeley VW for changing my oil and giving my car back to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. You've shown me I cannot trust your service team. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I brought my Volkswagen in because the airbag light was on — a serious safety concern. The service department charged me $185 to connect a tester (something AutoZone does for free). Their explanation? The car’s battery voltage was too low, so they “couldn’t diagnose” the issue. Instead of offering to swap in a battery to properly test it quickly, they told me I’d need to buy a new battery, then come back and pay them another $185 for the same “diagnosis.” So essentially, they charged me $185 for nothing — no real effort to help, no solution, and no concern that I drove off their lot with a potentially faulty airbag system. That’s not just poor service — it’s dangerous negligence. This experience makes it clear that Greeley’s Volkswagen dealership cares more about padding its invoices than helping its customers. I purchased my Volkswagen here expecting honest, professional service, but instead, I was treated like a walking paycheck. It's shameful. If you value safety, fairness, and actual customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your Volkswagen maintenance.

I brought my 2022 atlas in because as we drive. It would puff out a cloud of smoke from burning oil. My fiancé also told them that under the oil cap it looked a little milky. So they do diagnosis on it and come up with we need to do an oil change because the oil is milky and the oil filter is deteriorated. They tried to say I need all these additives added to the oil, which im a mechanic, you dont need additives in oil anymore. They also found my timing chain cover seals were leaking. They told me my extended warenty won't cover seals. So I called korf the dealership I just bought it from and they contacted the warenty place sense they know my warenty covers seals. Turns out they were trying to charge over 4 hours of labor for a by the book 1.3 hour job. So I let greely voltswagen do an open recall sense korf isn't able to do that, which they proceeded to charge labor for doing the recall, which isn't a thing. I took the car to korf and let them do the timing chain cover and said do an oil change just cuz it's there anyways. I also told them to save an oil sample and the filter from the car so I can see it. They did the service and low and behold the oil was not milky, it was dark, but not milky. And the filter looked great. They were able to do the timing chain cover all under warenty which is crazy that a place that don't work on voltswagens can do it but a place that specializes in them can't. I do not recommend this place. It was all a scam from the moment I brought it in.
