I took my 2025 Kia Seltos in gor an minor bumper repair, in which Caliber Collisions did an wonderfulful job at the repairs and paint matching the bumper to my car. They ran into a few set backs while the repair was being done but the excelled.at get those resolved without any more cost to me or my insurance company. I want to give an five star shout out to Vicente Gutierrez whom was my estimate who stayed in contact with me the whole time he went above and beyond his job to make sure all was going well and I was happy with the repairs. I also want to give five stars to the girls in the front office they did an excellent.job with getting the repairs economical and I want to give five stars to the general shop manager who stepped in to assist in getting the repairs done correctly. So again thank you caliber collisions team.

Very happy with the outcome of my vehicle. I was rear ended and my vehicle was in their shop for two work weeks. There were several large parts that needed ordered (lift gate, bumper) and regardless of the “Covid workforce issues” going on with production of parts, they still got everything in, installed, repainted and recalibrated within a timely manner. I am so happy with how it turned out and even more happy with the communication and customer service that I received. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their vehicles! Photos of before and after. There was a lot more damage than you can tell from the photos but you get the gist. 🙂

Awful awful liars and snakes. Promised my vehicle on the 21st of November, sent updates regularly stating the repairs were on time and coming along well. On the 21st of November I was informed that my vehicle was, in fact, totaled. It takes these guys nearly a month and a half to figure out if a vehicle they said they were working on is even TOTALED OR NOT. WHAT A JOKE. Go literally anywhere else. Jimbo Bobby Bill down the street could so a better job of customer service management.

A couple months ago, I got into an accident and my insurance company gave me a few options of where to tow my car. I saw that caliber had good reviews, so I sent it there. It was the best experience I could’ve asked for (considering the circumstances of crashing a car). From the get go, Renee was extremely kind and helpful. Before I even had my car sent there, I called with some questions and Renee talked to me for about 10-15 minutes answering all questions I had, even though I wasn’t 100% sure yet where it was going to be sent. Long story short, Renee advocated for me to my insurance company and I genuinely felt like she really cared. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone with car needs! The front desk lady was also extremely kind and helpful every-time too. (I hope i’m not mixing up their names). Again, thank you guys so much for everything!!

I had chosen caliber collisions because it was one of the repair shops my insurance referred me too. I dropped my car off on the 6th of nov and talked with one of the inspectors who would do the repair for me. He explained it would take about 3 weeks for my car to be finished and that they would keep me updated via phone, email, and text. I receive text messages that my car was being repaired one on nov 6th with an estimated date it would be finished, nov 10th that my repair was underway another on nov 15th that my repairs were coming on “nicely” to give them a call. I tried calling on the 15th at 8am no answer it just kept ringing continuously so I was unable to leave a voicemail. I call on the 16th of nov to see what they needed all for them to tell me they can’t fix my repair because it is a salvage title and they don’t fix cars with a salvage title. For a week I’ve been waiting thinking my car is being repaired when it’s just sitting there for over a week and NO CALL from them at all. Yes, I received text message updates but they were updates stating that things were going good with my repair. They said they tried contacting me more than once after I dropped off the car but I have no record of them doing so. They were calling a wrong number that wasn’t even on file. I’m very frustrated and don’t recommend this team to do a repair for you.

I will never recommend this place. Half the work wasn't done and they even put broken pieces back. Estimate was 2 weeks. They had my car just a few days short of 2 months. Was told that they couldn't do anything about some scratches that happened when the car was hit. Broken AC wasn't addressed, car now pulls to the right and even the broken washer fluid container was removed and then put back on, broken. Called to get these issues and more handle and was basically called a liar. Update: Don't let the reply to this review fool you. I sent them my contact information and have heard absolutely nothing from them. It's come down to pursuing legal action. I just wanted my car fixed and done right after an accident that was in no way my fault.

As I was being helped by a sweet young lady named Iris at the front desk area I was really amazed with her professionalism and her knowledge of how to solve my issues. She didn't rush and took her time to give me the information I needed. I really appreciated it and I am very pleased with the customer service she provided.
