They came to look at a broken lock on my window December 2nd. They took the lock with them that day and said they would order a new one and come back to install it. We have scheduled for them to come back 3 times now. And every time they don’t show and I have to call them and ask where they are. They always have an excuse and don’t show. You can at least tell me you’re not coming. Don’t make me wait an hour for ME to call you and then don’t show. Still today I have not gotten my lock back and there has been zero communication with the company. Last I heard they said they would be in touch with me after not showing up. Just called them now and they still don’t know what’s going on. 3 months later no answers and nothing is being done. Zero communication. I am so so frustrated. I asked today for my lock to be returned asap I don’t even care if they fix it anymore I’m ready to work with a different company. It’s a simple lock shouldn’t be that hard. Horrible communication. Don’t show when they make appointments. Please let me have my lock back and I’ll work with someone else. Thank you.

They wrecked my truck! Backed right into a dodge in there parking lot. So the next day I went to start the van and the battery is now dead and I have a flat tire. The right side of the windshield was not properly installed and leaked. UNACEPPTABLE! . Still never offered any repairs or solutions. Awful!

Appreciate the employees who help with my concerns every step of the way. I had a leak on windsheild previously installed by another company that wouldn't respond. They are very open and honest, showed me what was causing the windsheild to leak. They found the issue quickly and repaired in a timely manner. Very detailed in their work, customer service and care is wonderful!! Would recommend this company to anyone!!

I called the Glass Doctor and left a message that I need a new windshield. I was contacted a short time later and an appointment was set up for a replacement windshield. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and made sure I was comfortable and had all the information of what the replacement would entail in the cost up front. I don't with Pam who is very professional and friendly and made sure the right the car is ready on time I definitely recommend the Glass Doctor for professional and competent work

Timely and prompt service at first. They left the window motor unplugged and I had to pay a technician to take the door panel back off after initial repairs because it was going to be 2 days before someone came out to fix it.
