It's always a pleasure shopping at this AutoZone. I bought some taillight bulbs in here yesterday and came back today to ask if they could change it out for me. And they had absolutely no problem doing that. Michael is the one who changed it out. He was awesome! And very willing to help me out. Thank you Michael :)

He was also being very soft and patient with the new employee he was training. The store was very busy and seemed to be understaffed, but it was clear that most of the employees were trying their best to help everyone as much as possible.

We hit a small snag at first trying to locate my warranty/purchase information, but they didn’t give up they really dug deep until they found it. Luis M. Was incredibly helpful. I went there to get my battery/alternator checked. He did an amazing job taking out the battery to charge it and making sure he had the right diagnosis between a battery or alternator issue. He gave the exact service someone should expect. I can’t praise him enough for his knowledge and helpfulness. He even took the time to help a coworker who wasn’t sure on how to use the diagnosis machine. He walked them thru the process of using it, thanks a million.

We had the best experience today - we tried to put new wiper blades on but needed extra support and we couldn’t be more lucky to have Luis help us.
