I took my car in and they did a full car scan and sent me the details from it. It was really amazing seeing all the parts of my car and what was recommended to fix and what was needed to fix and seeing things that did not need any work. I worked with Brian and he was extremely helpful and very prompt to keeping me updated during the whole process. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Scott’s Automotive in Greeley especially with a technician named Gilles. Back in July, I brought my 2017 Jeep Cherokee for a simple oil change. Everything seemed fine when I left, but as soon as I got home, I noticed coolant leaking because the technician had forgotten to close the radiator cap. I immediately took pictures and sent them to him. Gilles told me to bring the car back “just to check it out.” After keeping my car for two days, he suddenly told me there was a “major issue” and that the repair would cost $3,000. While I was working at Amazon, I heard him say “three hundred,” not “three thousand,” so I thought it was a small fix. When I found out the real amount, I was shocked. I asked him to explain what part was replaced or what the actual problem was, but he never showed me any proof, no parts, no videos, nothing. I had to take a loan through NAPA just to get my car back, and even now I still don’t know what was really repaired. It feels like I was scammed and taken advantage of because of my accent and background. I even told him to call my wife she speaks better English but he never did. Before this, I used to trust Scott’s. I even brought my 2012 Kia Sorento there. But after this experience, I can’t anymore. I truly believe this was abuse and discrimination, and other customers should be careful especially immigrants who may not speak perfect English. Thank you for your reply. However, my main concern was never about communication or approval of the repair estimate. My issue is that one of your technicians forgot to close the radiator cap properly, which directly caused my vehicle to overheat and led to serious engine damage. That’s what forced me to spend nearly $3,000 afterwards. I still have proof photos showing what happened.

These guys were great especially Brad. It took me forever to find a place to help me out. I was stuck in Greeley from Denver over the weekend and didn't have much cash at the time but I did have a flat tire and because of the weather I could only book a appointment with a local tire shop . With these guys I called walked in got them to swap a tire out for me free of charge and I couldn't b more happier. These people are good down to earth honest people who take pride in what they do . I can assure you that. Never have I been able to walk in anywhere and tell an establishment my situation at that time and actually get them to empathize with me and then to walk out free of charge. Just amazed.

Always 5 stars with these guys. I bought a new car this year and knew I didn’t want to get behind with maintenance, I also recently moved into the Greeley area and needed to find a new shop to go to. I accidentally scheduled an appointment elsewhere and showed up at Scott’s without an appointment. They were able to get me in and out for my oil change that day! I’m so glad I accidentally found this company and I’m going to continue to come back as long as I’m in the area. If you’re looking for a professional, personal, and understanding place to take your vehicle look no more, you’ve found the best! They listen and don’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about cars. The front desk is full of great people, the chairs in the lobby are to die for, and the techs that personally come to talk to you about the work they did that day… wow!! Thank you again Scott’s, you guys are awesome. And a specific note about Brad who I always seem to have as my person, he is always professional, knowledgeable and nice!

Nowadays it’s hard to find a trustworthy and reliable auto shop that meets the balance of quality and affordability, but these guys go above and beyond expectations to make sure you are taken care of! Walker is very knowledgeable with a vast amount of car types and as thorough as they come. Scott’s automotive made sure I was up to speed on every step along the way, provided with a loaner vehicle and was honest and upfront about everything my car needed. I rarely leave reviews, but I’m impressed and very blown away by the white glove service. Newer to CO, was referred to 2 shops; first shop did not honor prices or my appointment time twice. (Not being a complainer, just explaining the scenario.) Today Carson was quick to help me with this critical repair and beat the prices same day. Bradley was quick to answer phones on lunch and Brian answered all my questions with everything expertise and clarity at the end of the transaction. Do not waste time elsewhere. What a pleasant experience! One of my tires was nearly flat and the other was low but not severely so. I had to find something quick and local from traveling through town so I could get home (Eaton). A quick Google search and this place had a high star rating and it was 15 minutes away from my location. Turned on GPS and I was on my way. I stopped in about 30 minutes til close, was greeted by Bradley, and asked if they could fill the tire. After a thorough inspection by Gage, they found some sort of metal piece that punctured my tire (they even showed me what it was). The service was efficient, pleasant/friendly, professional, and smooth! A very friendly automotive and tire service company! I will gladly recommend them to anyone I know after having this great of an experience. I’m a very satisfied customer!
