I was disappointed that they didn't check the pressure of the tires when they rotated the tires. Then when we brought it to their attention that there was a nail in one they would not fix it and wanted to sell us a brand new tire. These tires only have 18,000 miles on them. M&O fix the tire for $20

We've had some trouble with our oil light coming on, saying that we haven't changed the oil even when we have just changed the oil. Garff Ford has done a good job of contacting the ford.Engineers and trying to solve the problem.

I came to Greeley for an event over the weekend. The day after I arrived, I noticed my tire pressure had dropped again in the same tire. I have a Ford transit 350XLT. I called ken Garff Ford service department, told them what had happened. They told me to come on over that they would try to Fit me into their schedule and take a look at my tire.They were very kind. I had to wait 2 hrs but it was okay as it gave us a chance to look over some visitor guide books to schedule things to do in and around Greeley. The tire did have a nail in it. They patched it up and assured me that the tire was fine to drive The guys at service that helped me were wonderful and I'm very thankful for them. So far I haven't had any issues.

Problem starting when below 40 degrees. 2500.00 first time. Had to take it back 1500.00β replaced glow plugs and wire harness first time. Replaced glow plug unit and batteries second time . Did it really need all these things? Expensive

It has been very frustrating and difficult as a Ford owner to schedule at Ken Garff Service Center for vehicle maintenance. After a very bad experience with them a while back (took our car in because of a cylinder issue, come to find out it needed an entire motor replacement and did not even consider a warranty or recall for it, got a second opinion from Auto Tailor where they found the recall, so we shipped it back to the original dealer out of state to get it fixed.) Still had to pay Ken Garff for their trouble shooting service and they had no issue trying to book the motor replacement at full cost. I figured I would reach out again to see if things had changed. Not really. I had scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and to trouble shoot a tire sensor issue in hopes to get it fixed while at home recovering after surgery and was glad to hear they had offered valet via there online scheduling. After three re-schedules, my attempt to confirm each re-scheduled appointment via phone calls to human service specialists on the appointment days, to find out service wasnβt going to happen. Bummer, Iβve never had such bad service at any other Ford center or elsewhere.

I was told they will order and replace a bug guard that was broken off my vehicle while in their care. Its been a 3 months and I havent heard an ETA on when this will happen. Corey the service guy was no help, lies and has no customer service skills. Until manager got involved is when I finally started to see process. And amazing it was done in a week. Parts dont take over 2 month Corey. And to tell me it was ordered was what tipped the iceberg. Thank God for Steve the service guy, I didnt have to deal with Corey again

I recently brought my wifeβs car in and used the βadvantage careβ deal the have. I asked to have her oil changed, tire rotation and car wash that is all included in the deal. When we picked it up the first thing we noticed was they did not do the car wash which makes me wonder if they even did the other services. I also asked to be notified when it was done since this was going to be performed on a Saturday and they close early and I did not get a call. I ended up having to call around closing time to find out if it was done. Not very good customer service if you ask meβ¦

Terrible, dropped off Thursday morning didnβt get a call until Monday about a service that takes 5 minutes to do. When I get my car back they blew a powerstearing fuse. And instead of explaining what happened they sent me on my way without fixing the fuse or even explaining what happened??? Drove home without powerstearing without even a reason of why? What kind of safety/professionalism is that?

We've been mostly pleased with the service we've received from Ken Garff over the last couple years, but not being able to talk to a live person to find out if you need to make an appt or not for a safety recall notice that the company mailed us is beyond frustrating. We made the appt online because every number we tried did not provide a live person. We took our car in, (we live 25 minutes out of Greeley) and were told it would take most of a day, so we left the car overnight just to find out the next day that the part won't be available for at least 60 days. Could have been made much simpler and saved us a trip by conversing with a live human being on the phone.

In the past, Ken Garf Ford struggled on the service side. Particularly during and after Covid, they (and most other shops) struggled to keep competent technicians on staff. As a result, the customer experience was generally very poor. However, in the past year, these guys have reinvested HEAVILY into their service department. They opened up a fleet service center and staffed it with great technicians under the direction of excellent management. Itβs also clear that, from the top down, leadership has made the customer experience a top priority. I recently took my f450 in for a set of tires on a short timeline. Brad and Scott over at the fleet center moved mountains to source the tires and get them installed for a same-day turn around. Since I use my truck daily for business, their urgency was invaluable. Simply put, they crushed it. I highly recommend these guys!
