Went there for boat parts, first visit talked to Randy he knew what I needed had the part called let me know when he had it in hand. Ended up not needing that part because he was helpful letting me know what else to check very greatful thanks Randy. I went back little while later same day and showed them what I needed Randy was not there they said yes we have the o ring you need but we won’t sell it to you we keep them for ourselves. Be sure Randy is there!!!!

He did exactly what we asked, he gave us an estimate to repair a "part" we assumed was rendering the car undrivable. We are not auto technicians and we were basically troubleshooting from research available to the consumer online and two other personal opinions from family and friends. The estimate was high and we felt we needed a second opinion. Thankful we did! The problem was found and it was not what we thought. Unfortunately, we will not return. Sorry.

Took my 1985 Chrysler Town and Country in for a high idle speed about 2-3 months ago. No one else in Greeley could find the problem. Randy and his Service Manager resolved the the issue at a fair price. I highly recommend him!

I thought Randy was a upfront honest guy when I first met and delt with. Thought his prices were reasonable... I know now he's all for the money as well like he says, I'm not like all the other mechanics where I throw in w surprises pricing and I'm the cheapest mechanic you'll fine he said. Well he ended fixing my water pump at first gave me a straight up price with no surprises at the end so I'm like oh cool. Then my heater went out apparently has says nothing to do with the water pump. so I end up getting that fix, but first he started now throwing different prices at me and kept changing and changing I ended up paying for it to get fixed. Though cuz my kids were cold. well finding out my water pump wasn't fixed I had to keep filling my coolant up which that means it was still leaking which cost me 310.. my heater wasn't blowing out strong enough which cost me $416 and getting my car to him was a joke he would take forever just to get looked at which it should have been the first issue because I paid for those two things to be fixed and it should have been fixed but here I am having to wait for them to get fix again. while he just gets paid for a job that wasn't done right. he would keep my car for the whole day just to tell me oh, I never got to looking at it. So here I am having to bring it again. Which wasn't easy I have four kids that I have to get to school, appointments, places . ......anyways he was supposed to fix the issues but he didn't Even care and he still hasn't bother calling to say is everything okay with the car or why did you miss your appointment. WELL RANDY THANKS i no longer have the car but thanks reaching out and asking what the problem was for me missing the appt 2 months ago! Enjoy the free money from me!!

Set up a appointment 3 weeks before the date for my boat I called to verify the date for the week of the appointment, Randy the owner answered the phone and said that he didn’t know if he could have my size boat there and said he would call me back. Being that it was close to 4th of July I have to get the boat fixed thats why I had set up the appointment.. I gave him 3 hours to call me and he never did, So I called him and he was very very rude and said if I need to know now for me to move on.. THATS WAY I SET THE APPOINTMENT 3 weeks ahead.. I will never use this Business due the the owner’s attitude…. No thank you

Randy was the only mechanic i could find in my area that worked on Honda outboards. Even though it was the height of boating season, I made an appointment. I had to wait nearly 30 days to get my boat in for repair, but it was worth the wait. Randy even called me the Friday before my appointment, to see if I still needed it. When I dropped my boat off, he called me within the hour, to keep me updated. He had my boat fixed, and ready for pick up within a few hours! I picked it up same day! Thanks again Randy for fair, fast service! I will will use you for future boat service!

Called in advance (their worth the wait) to make an appointment on my Land Rover. As soon as I dropped off my vehicle, the gentleman that helped me today said to be expecting my car by the end of the day. Ending results are beyond 5 star,and definitely resolved my problem. I will furthermore be a loyal customer and will appoint any of my associates with car issues to this great establishment!

As a female in her 30s, I was absolutely appalled by this service. They couldn't/ wouldn't remember my name, assumed I had never cared for my car, talked over me after asking me a question, or never let me speak at all, assumed I didn't know where to put in antifreeze (because there was a leak in my radiator, and holes in my system).. He charged more than any place I've had service my vehicle, and he even spoke ill of my ability to care for my vehicle to my caseworker for aid. Now they won't help me get the rest fixed... All those extra "this is a safety risk" problems he listed in his estimate are now things i can't get help with... Old, judgmental, forgetful, impatient types of employees in general, but with women, they are also super sexist. One of the most misogynistic ways of been talked to by a mechanic in my last 11 years in this town. Which is saying something- believe me. Employees may be senile, as they even put in the wrong color coolant for my roommate's vehicle and they had been return customers since I met them in 2016.

Exceptional customer service with a vast knowledge of automobile repair. Our daughter had a series of problems with her cars and Randy was able to diagnose and offer guidance to resolve the issues. Honest and trustworthy, it nice to know a good mechanic in the area that can deliver. Randy is our 'go-to' repair shop.

WORST!!! Mechanic hands down in town!!! Do not waste your time or money here!!! I'll start off saying we brought our vehicle here for a fuel pump replacement and had an appointment for that Thursday...it sat outside for over a week and got no update.So I called for an update was told, and I quote " it's been starting everyday and don't think it needs a fuel pump" and can come pick it up.. So we were kinda relieved... Drove over there... He was trying to figure a way to charge me for a battery charge even know we told him it's been sitting for months.. When asked if he had done a fuel pressure test he got childish and said " if it's not broken hard to fix"... So I said that's why you should have done a fuel pressure test, He instantly threw the keys and said don't come back... We head outside and the vehicle does not start, so we have to tow it to another mechanic ..When pulling up to tow her vehicle away She noticed her window had been busted!... They claim to not have done it... And no cameras... We must have done it!..seriously Lied straight to our faces multiple times. Don't wast your time or money!! Straight up crooked!
