Came across this place on a whim and the staff is so friendly, and sufficient. The price is so good, compared to the other places I've been. They never take you for your money and gives you the best advice for your car.

2 weeks ago I emailed them on a price to fi. My car,never heard back,along with 5 other local auto shops, I don't like bringing my car to shops cuz their a bunch of crooks anyways

You get a star only because I had to put it up to comment. After my transmission went out leaving me in our neighborhood street, @4:00 in afternoon, and calling many tow trucks and mechanics I found Hann Automotive, a family business of 30, when I seen it, and now 10 years. He held my vehicle for a month till we saved up money. He then sent our vehicle out, which we were under the impression just the transmission was leaving, to a very bad company and would not help us retrieve it. After doing some investigating I finally got ahold of the brother of the transmission guy (running from police meth) and he helped me get my vehicle back to have transmission fixed elsewhere.A I had other damages, my fender was damaged at Terry's shop, he no longer has, and he said he would have the fender and pay other mechanic to put it on but he won't take my calls and messages. He took a chunk out of my dash board trying to fix dash lights my electric key pad no longer works, my driver side constantly blow hot air on feet. Not sure how this got so messed up when dash lights and transmission is all I needed. It wasn't transmission guy because he only accomplished taking 2 bolts out of transmission. -100 in my oppinion. It took 6 months, with no help from Terry, to get my vehicle back and the gas turned in to varnish so extra $ for clean out. 👎Please return my calls Terry. We need to settle on the damages you did!
