They made me purchase the warranty replacement then the afternoon/evening punk was rude and condescending every time I went in there attempting to get my money back for the part I never should have had to pay for. Treated me as a juvenile suggesting I would lose my barcode scan for my money, of which he failed to mention that it would be voided at the end of the day anyway. I found that out upon my return and was told it was my fault for not coming back the same day. I won't ever go here again. The assistant manager ultimately ended up refunding me but this entire process took 10 days and 4 stops at the store. I didn't have my debit card from the original transaction but even utilizing my virtual card the punk still refused to honor my refund and warranty. Auto zone should take notice if this is the kind of person you want to be representing you and your business.

What a wonderful experience we had. My father and I had to replace the battery of the car, so we came to this Auto Zone. Giovanni was very helpful, kind, efficient, and professional. I went to the store and need some help to find some pen striping.I called on the phone first and they said they had plenty. When I arrived at the store, I stood around and waited and waited.And there's a gal behind the counter and she seemed busy with something else so I waited patiently.I didn't ask her if there was any pen striping.And she said oh yeah it's out there in the store. So I had to go find it off-the-shelf myself.Well only to find out that there was no white pen striping. So I went back to the only available person at the counter.That was of course this very rude gal. I asked her.Is there any way to get ahold of some white pin stripping?And she informed me that if it's not on the shelf then they don't have it. She went back to doing what she was doing and ignored me.I would encourage people not to visit the store because they were not very helpful.

Horrible customer service they gave me a used part and refused to return it. The original item I had was still under warranty which they also did not want to honor. The manager was very rude and told me my item was not in warranty anymore with it being under a year and it saying active in the system.

I asked kindly for my battery to be checked , the lady helping us out said “ okay “ . With that response me and my partner assumed we needed to take out my battery and bring it inside for her to check it. After struggling for a good 10 minutes my partner had asked if there’s any other tools to help get the battery out of the car. She THEN proceeded to grab the machine needed for battery testing and bring it outside and check the battery to my car. Super lousy about it and not as professional as I would have thought.

Could be 5 stars but most of the time I can't get my questions answered cause the employees tells me, they aren't mechanics, they're just there to sell the parts. I go to the parts store to ask questions and get parts, it does me no good if I can't get basic questions answered, cause if I don't know and the employee doesn't know, then who knows 🤔

An unexpected fender bender at the grocery store left my 03 Kia Sedona minus one tail light, and left me scrambling to find a replacement. The party that hit me and was 100% responsible or the accident, offered to go to AutoZone to order a new one, which they did the next day. I didn't know AutoZone could order an OEM tail light assembly, especially since my vehicle is 17 yrs. old. Less than a week later the part arrived. The new tail light was well packed, a perfect fit - OEM replacement part, that arrived complete w new bulbs and a new wiring harness! I did need those items, also, but thought they needed to be ordered separately. Still amazed this part didn't have to be ordered directly from Kia!

Seems like every time I come in I have to beg for some one to help me checking out. Wasn’t busy all employees doing their own thing. Not even an acknowledgment while staring at me waiting over 5 min standing. Don’t recommend.

More often than not they are out of the common filter sizes. The cell service inside the store is non existent. Lines are almost always insanely long for no reason. Would recommend other AutoZones 100%

There was a woman working, blonde hair, tattoos and a gray shirt who apparently doesn’t like when she has to do her job. I went up to the register and asked where the power steering fluid is, she was on her phone, gave me a dirty look and said “over in that corner” with a super rude tone, didn’t even actually turn towards me. Honestly rude, I recognize he from somewhere but can’t place my finger on it so if we have beef maybe she needs to keep personal and professional life out of the workplace. That being said, the other lady next to her was very sweet and told me it was in isle 1 and the gentleman who checked me out (I don’t remember their names) was a super sweet guy, we chatted for a few minutes about how our days were and he was wonderful. Maybe blonde tattoo lady should talk to some of her coworkers about being a decent human, if she’s a manager, maybe choose a new one.
