I went in to have my oil changed at Walmart on 23rd ave. I arrived @ 6:45 am so I could be first in line. There were two other people behind me. The two young boys that were working didn’t open until 7:20. They are supposed to open @ 7:00. It took an hour and a half to get an oil change! These boys were out there talking, taking drinks out of their cups, and standing there. I tried to talk to Rafael he walked away said a rude comment and shut the door in my face. I talked to a manager. After she went out and talked to these boys they pulled my car out right away. They had been done with it. It was sitting there done. I was not the only one that complained.

Get your oil changed elsewhere. We were first in line and told an hour. It seemed like long time considering no one was there, but we had shopping to do. After an hour we went back to get out vehicle and we saw it still in the bay. So we waited...and waited. Someone would work on the vehicle for a few minutes and then take a break. Two hours and 45 minutes ready our vehicle was done, but not before the "audit" a manager had to do. I asked the young man what took so long and he said "3 hours is the wait time." I reminded him he was the original person that told me an hour. He owned it and apologize and asked if I would like to speak to a manager. The manager, Lee, walked in and quickly dismissed what I was saying and answered a phone call. I would be embarrassed if I were the manager and my business ran so ineffectively, but I'm sure the empire WalMart won't give a hoot if they lose my business. I urge everyone to never use this WalMart for a "quick" oil change.

A lady named Deb who works in the automotive department was the rudest person I've come across that works there. She had the nerve to tell my grandkids to stop whining. Now first of all, you keep your comments to yourself. If you can't handle two kids talking, then maybe you shouldn't be working there. Part of your job is to be courteous and not rude to two small children. I will never enter that store again as long as she is employed there. We all have bad days but we don't take it out on the children. Now for the other employees in that department, they were wonderful.

This place has inexperienced mechanics, this is the second time I have to replace my wheel lug nuts because they completely strip them. Also you don't know if they even put the right oil in your car because my oil was very low and looked like it hadn't been changed at all.. also I had medication in my car and that was also taken. If you don't want your car in hands of employees who have no experience in cars and have terrible service , or mess your car up , I'm begging don't ever take your car to this walmart on 23rd in greeley Colorado. They cannot be trusted with services on your car . I should have never went the second time I thought it would be different this time around but NO never again will I trust them with my car..please turn around and go somewhere else.

Well, they added to much oil and it leaks now. I tried to get them to make it right but when I returned four associates couldn't decide if it leaks or not. And they refused to let the oil drain down for a accurate reading all said this is how they are trained. When I returned the manager agreed with them. I took several mechanic books and owners manuals but he said it didn't matter what they said. It would be his job if he didn't do it the way he was told. Right or wrong. I don't recommend any Walmart anywhere due to there training.

Disappointing that I can’t lower this review from a 1 star. Poor customer service. I called this morning to get an oil change and was told it would be 4-5 hours before I would get my car in. Understandable if they were as busy as they said, but then I asked a mechanical question I was unsure of. “If I pour oil appropriate for my car. Can I go another day till I get an oil change?” And was told “that would be a you call” what type of answer is this? I’m a customer who does not know much about cars, asking a mechanical question and I get “that would be a you call” very disappointed. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pretty sure my oil wasn’t changed at all. Time usually runs 3-5 hours. I’m done with Walmart auto care center. They don care. My husband decided to change the oil himself from now on. Saved over $20 and was done in 45 minutes. No thanks Walmart.

Things took a bit longer then expected and thst was just fine by me. However when i went to pay for the items i was buying in addition to pay for my oil change i received my oil change for free. The staff was great and they were all so nice. I definitely will be back again. They have never let me down.

I’ve always had really great luck and service here, wait times aren’t too long and definitely reasonable since they run off First come first served- prices are the cheapest around and they’ve never done any damage to my car like some places even with just an oil change! Also not to mention every worker I’ve dealt with has been super nice and friendly. Will keep coming back here.

I had a good overall experience at this location. It took a little bit of time to get it completed but we just did our grocery shopping in the meantime while we are waiting for our oil to be changed. They topped off all fluids and they ensured that my windshield wipers were in good condition as well as my tires. I only paid I only paid $40. Awesome service I will return for future oil changes

I went in for an oil change at ford when they informed me that my previous oil change (from Walmart) was done extremely poorly the oils filter had been tightened down way beyond what it was supposed to be and they were barely able to get it off. There was also WAP written on the oil filter. I have no idea what I could have to do receive this treatment but I know that is not how business are supposed to run. Very disappointed with the service from Walmart and will never be returning.

The customer service here is horrible. There was one car ahead of me and I arrived around 11, they went to lunch at 12:30 and left me sitting there waiting for them to come back from lunch. They don't even advise you your going to wait extra time, they just expect people to wait. The guy who was suppose to be at the register for them just kept walking away some people were sitting there over 45 mins waiting on someone to talk to. This is the worse customer service and place to have anything done.

Usually had good experiences with the service there. But went in on a Sunday at 3pm and was told they weren't taking anymore vehicles because they were closing early pretty disappointed because they usually close at 7pm and my tires were completely bald and I had drive all far that night. Won't be going back there

I had an appointment at 5 PM to get new tires put on that I had ordered from the Walmart website, the tires that I had ordered were the wrong size. The employee with gauged ears (wish I asked his name!) came to break the news to me. He was extremely polite and very helpful, checked to see if there was any tires for my vehicle in my price range. The manager of the auto center really went above and beyond to help me get a refund on a gift card for the old tires so I could use that to buy my new tires and not have to wait for a refund on my debit card. He really was the best and made my night by simply showing me kindness and understanding due to my situation.

Horrible service. I made an appointment yesterday for tire installation, was told by two employees that the tires were in stock. During check in today the employee discovered that they only have three. I watched him help other customers while I waited, to avoid telling me. Walmart, you have some serious problems at this location.

Absolutely no service last time I was there they were doing appointments only like it's a boutique. This time I bought a battery it took 10 min to purchase the battery and then they refused to put it in which would have took 10 min. There was no in the bays I guess they just wanted a break. I hope mgt reads these.
