I brought my car to Christian Brothers the other day because I noticed oil on the passenger side floor. They told me that coolant and freon were leaking from behind the dash onto the floor. The cost for them to fix it was hefty, and when I started questioning them they lied about topping off my coolant because it was not topped off. My engine has never overheated and my AC/heat works. The owner before me later told me she spilled oil on that spot, I told Christians but they still insisted it would be a pricey fix. I brought my car to another mechanic and he told me all the tests he ran and that none of those things are leaking. He is giving me an oil change and then Im on my way. Very disappointed in Christian Brothers for trying to take advantage of a college student.

They lie. Talked to management about getting my front end fixed as well as getting my 4 set of tires replaced from Discount Tires right next door, they assured me that they are “easy going” and would take my tires next door to Discount Tires to be replaced as well as taking my spare tire and having the best old tire mounted on the rim. I went to Discount Tires before and paid in full for a set of 4 brand new tires as well as to mount and balance a spare tire. They had my truck since Thursday morning at 915 am. They assured me that it would be a 9hr tops hop at most on my estimation. They completely screwed up everything and do to incompetence, lies, and no accountability. Here it is the Monday after the agreement. I am disabled and need my vehicle to be able to get medication and such. I feel they lied to me treated my unfairly as week as be discretionary towards my mental health. All I wanted was to be treated fairly. Went back again on 11/10/2025 because they were supposed to look at the front deferential all the way back when I first got estimates in April 2025. They completely ignored it and made a huge issue about tie rods and seals and all this other stuff for the suspension which had nothing to do with the front deferential at all. That front suspension cost me $6900 plus 4 new ties at $1600. These ppl are scammers. Then when you bring it up the just say it was not in the notes. And they can’t help you. I’m am going to take legal action against them for lying about what Service I agreed to have done on my vehicle. Avoid this place they hire bad mechanics and service providers.

I had a great experience with Christian Brothers from the moment I called them. Got vehicle in same day for electrical issue on my daughter’s little Honda Civic. Diagnosed and fixed and running great. Excellent warranty on the new alternator installed. Best part was the communication with Dominique, super cool and easy to talk to, texting, responding, explaining, helping, made a panic moment of vehicle breakdown drama much better! And when I went into office/shop, everyone was super nice and professional. Will definitely be back!

⭐️ 1 Star — DO NOT GO HERE Do not go to this mechanic shop. I was charged $500+ to replace a crankshaft position sensor, only to later find out from another mechanic that Christian Brothers electrical-taped the sensor instead of properly fixing it. I literally paid $500 for electrical tape. I brought my car back twice after the “repair” because the check engine light kept coming back on. They wouldn’t let the mechanic speak to me — instead, the same woman at the front handled everything, using big fancy words, vague explanations, and pressure tactics to make normal, inexpensive issues sound urgent and catastrophic so you’ll just sign and pay. It doesn’t matter if you’re young, old, rich, or broke — they will try to take advantage of you when your car breaking down is already stressful. They count on people being overwhelmed and not having time to research. Please don’t go here. If you do, get multiple other opinions before paying a single dollar.

They have very detailed inspection with good pictures. They exemplify the word Christian in their Christian brothers name. You can pick up a Bible on your way out.

Great service and great folks. Willing to chat about a problem over the phone, get an idea of cost. Quick appointments, stayed a bit late to wrap a job on a Friday so I could get my car back for the weekend. Shuttle back and forth. Had a 2014 Ford Focus with a leaky water pump that I needed fixed right away and booked CBA to take a look at the issue next-day. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and within a couple of hours they had a diagnostic, estimate, and repair plan ready. Expecting not to get the car back for a couple days, I was pleasantly SHOCKED when they let me know just a couple of hours later that the repair was complete, and the car was ready for pickup. Many months later, I can confirm the parts/repair quality has been excellent. CBA communicated clearly with me throughout the entire process so there was no ambiguity on service performed or the price. Really glad I brought my car here and will definitely consider this location in the future when my car is in need of service. Thank you!

A huge thank you to team at Christian Brothers in Greeley! I came in without an appointment, needed a tail light replace and tire pressure checked. Mike was able to take a look right away and did not charge me after the 5 minute fix.. He also let me know I need to have tire sensors looked at by a tire shop. We have taken my son’s car in prior to this but they did not and just helped me. M taillights are safe to drive to Denver! I will be back again!

Which an environment of cut throat pay plans and mega corporations running most dealerships these days, it is not easy to find a good middle path between dealerships professionalism and mom+pop shop personal treatment. This place seems to have what it takes. This leads to generally happy employees, which in turn leads to great service at fair prices.
