10/28/23 @ 9:15a I needed a air pressure check and have my air topped off on this really cold morning. Popped in here and asked nicely if anyone was available to top off my air on my 2017 Malibu, a very nice fella behind the counter responded he'd be happy to help me ! He was Very promp, very nice, very accurate in air pressure restoration. I appreciate the service I received and these guys are super courteous! Thank you for doing that !

These folks are the best. Been coming to this location for years. Honesty in a shop is hard to come by. If you ask for a repair and it isn't needed they will ask you if you still want the work done. Went for 4 tires and all brakes on a car I just bought used . Only needed front brakes. Matt and his crew have my upmost respect. Only negative isn't the crew however the company itself doesn't off a veteran or military discount. I will go back for future repairs.

I'm from Houston, and was here on a job. Front tire on my van started to separate. Went to the big Discount Tire, and they gave me a price of $580 for both front tires. I needed only one. So I started to shop around. Stopped at the store across from this Discount Tire, and they showed me a used tire for $60. However the gentleman over there suggested that I should check out this Discount Tire also. I thought this Discount Tire was part of the larger chain. However I was wrong. So I stopped by and I am glad I did. Matt helped me out of my bind. I would highly recommend these folks for their honesty, courtesy, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness. May God Bless them.

I was a previous customer, never coming back. I totaled my 1999 ford ranger on 9-1-2023. I spent the past few months fixing it up completely. They’ve done my alignments in the past. Made sure to call them to ask if they do alignments on vehicles that had previously been totaled, they reassure me that yes it’ll be totally fine. So I schedule a date and go on 2-21-2024. Re-explain everything that happened, and ask if they will have any problems with it. They reassure me that it’ll be completely fine, and I sit and wait. Not even 20 minutes later, a guy comes up, hands me an estimate paper and my keys, and tells me he can’t do anything until I get 3 of 4 of my ball joints replaced. I look at him confused, explain that both control arms were replaced and had not even been driven on for 2 weeks total. He just shrugs, tells me it “looked like one of your ball joints had been replaced but they weren’t sure” and handed me the estimate of 800$!! to replace the ball joints and walks away. I sit there dumbfounded and walk out. Now, a few days later I go to A & E tire in Johnstown. Explained my situation. They do the alignment no problem, (not perfect, but since my truck was totaled I figured it would be a little off) no questions asked and they DID NOT act like I was a dumb woman who didn’t know what I was talking about. Treated me with care and respect. Told me nothing was wrong with my ball joints and that they were perfectly fine. Said my truck might veer to the right a bit, but it’s the best they could do. Was honest. If anything, I’d take your business there. Here’s a few pictures attached, too. The estimate, and the alignment that A & E did. You can see the date and number of milage difference. Will NEVER come back to discount tire and service. Very disappointed.

I went to this location and told them to do a balance, rotation and alignment. After an hour the tech pulled my FJ around and gave the front desk the keys and they asked him about the balance and rotation and it was not done. Then the front desk said they'd give it to someone else. I said forget it... an hour for a 4wd alignment is typical, no problem... but the balance and rotation weren't done prior, which is ideal. I go to Discount Tire because that's where I purchased my BF Goodrich KO2s, this place was a disappointment I do not recommend.

I've had service done at this discount tire twice. They do excellent work. Today I just went for some free air because it was extremely cold in my area and the airhead contracted in my tires causing the tire light to eliminate. They're always professional. Definitely recommend.

Today I called and said "I have four Discount tires and a warranty. I have one that's flat, maybe a slow leak, can you help me?" She said sure, come on in. Then when I got there I found out they weren't part of the chain and my warranty meant nothing to them. I was sweating bullets trying to get somewhere before the tire went totally flat and she was perfectly happy to let me drive all the way to her store for nothing. This is real evil capitalist behavior. I feel like karma is coming for her...

Very nice group of guys. We bought a used tire from them and after driving on it for a couple of days it was showing signs of cracking. We went back in and they exchanged it for a total different tire. I'm glad because we are heading to Washington and that was a bit scary. Thank you so much guys, you put my mind at ease.

Came here to get tires replaced two of the four tires where bold and one had a nail in it from the shop floor being dirty. The mechanic was rude the whole time and kept trying to up the price. Never coming here again. Called to talk the the owner he was even ruder and hung up on him after I told him I have a warranty on the tires.

They don’t inspect things correctly took my truck in to get the drum brakes looked at and they said they were okay even though I had a high pitch squeal I wouldn’t trust any of this companies locations. I ended up taking my truck home and fixing it even though I knew nothing about it. If you’re okay with spending money for no reason this is the place to go. Turns out the adjustment lever was off. They aren’t professional just been working there long enough to look good behind a fake smile. About an 8 out of 10 you won’t get your vehicle back the same and maybe even worse than when you brought it in.
