I spoke with Sky, my service advisor about replacing my starter on my G37x. He was able to provide me with the full exit cost of my bill before I approved work to be completed so that way I was not caught by surprise. He was very polite and willing to squeeze my car in on a tight schedule. I was quoted about 2 hours to have this done even though it took them 5 hours to get it done. I appreciate that they were honest to their word and their quote. I had done much research on how to replace this part and it's no easy task. I did however have 2 additional issues come up after having the work done which Sky was able to jump through hula hoops for me getting my car back in just a day later before the holiday to adjust my steering wheel and getting my stereos audio fully functional again the two issues that came up after this install at no charge no arguing no trying to scam me they took owner ship of the 2 little things found and made it right. I was able to use my Infiniti for Thanksgiving and it's all thanks to CRF Auto Specialists HUGE thank you to Sky and your mechanics that got the job done !! I will be recommending this shop to all my friends, co workers and family for future services. More than fair pricing and excellent customer service!! I will be back for future work needed on my car !!

Ryan sky and staff are an all around 5 star operation I brought a truck to them that was assessed by a larger chain shop for 5k in repairs. After a ten minute inspection they revealed most of the requested repairs were not needed or flat out fraudulent. They fixed the repairs I needed plus some missed by the other shop for far less money. This is an operation you can trust for honest inspections and pricing. Already brought my wife’s car in and they are tackling a classic car project for me also. All my vehicle work will be done by these guys.

Brought in my 1999 civic si to get retuned. With the circumstances of the car I called over 30 tuners and nobody was willing to help me out besides CRF and they did an above and beyond job car runs great! Super friendly and very good response time. They went out of their way to take my car to emissions cause that was one of my main concerns but they got it done for me. Made sure my car was complete safe and ready for the road tune is super smooth. I would recommend them as they are very knowledgeable and friendly!

My daughter is a college student at UNC and I reside in Arizona. My interaction with Skye,was phenomenal. As a parent, he brought a lot of peace of mind that my daughter’s vehicle was in good hands, and he would have her back on the road! I had a great experience here. They were able to get me in quickly and took the time to walk me through everything they were going to do, which I really appreciated. They checked everything thoroughly, and it was super easy to see exactly what they inspected through the link they sent, complete with pictures. They took great care of my car and the pricing was very fair. I was honestly a little nervous bringing my European car in, worried I might get overcharged just because of the type of vehicle, but that was not the case at all. These guys are great! I had my 2019 Tucson towed there after hours after a routine oil change at Jiffy Lube resulted in a catastrophic engine failure. I had an absolutely amazing experience with CRF Auto Specialists! From the very beginning, Sky went above and beyond. Before even looking at my car, he took the time to really listen to what I was experiencing — my air conditioning was blowing cool air on the passenger side but warm air on the driver side. He thoroughly explained what could possibly be causing the issue just based on my description, which immediately made me feel confident I was in the right place. After inspecting the vehicle, they confirmed it was the air compressor that had gone out. Sky explained everything clearly and let me know they could have it fixed within a couple of days.
