I stopped into my local grease monkey on 10th in Greeley and I’m always nervous to get services done on my car because I don’t know much about car maintenance?? I was extremely pleased with the man that helped me named Jerry!!! He was knowledgeable, kind, patient and most importantly didn’t rip me off and my car is in great shape now!!!! I’ll definitely be a return customer & tell my friends too!!!!

The men there were very nice for customer service ,however I had stopped by because someone was outside the driveway waving a $15 off sign . I reminded the man that took my mileage down at the beginning and he had no problem with that. I told the man when I was ready to check out about the $15 off and he assured me he would put that on the ticket….. I got ready to pay ,the gentleman that rang me out didn’t put the $15 off .I mentioned it to him before I left and he said I can’t do anything now , The sale already went through. He didn’t do anything about it so I left. .

Service took a bit longer than I wanted as they didn't have the correct oil for my truck. The manager had to go and pick some up at the parts store and must have took the scenic route back and took an extra hour. But the tech that performed the service was upfront and courteous. He was very apologetic for the wait which was not his fault. What I was most impressed with was the young Hispanic tech who cashed me out and how he handled an extremely rude customer. This customer cut right in front of me as I was standing at the counter to pay and was irate about the cost of an oil change and took his frustrations out on the young man. If you're gonna drive an $80,000 one ton diesel pickup, you should probably know what it's gonna cost to get an oil change. The employees don't set the prices they just work there. They also tell you when you check in the approximate cost. He acted like a fool, and the young man handled him very professionally. I'd be lying if I didn't chuckle at the Insta Karma that occurred with declined card after card after card. Other than not having the correct oil on hand, I had a pretty good experience and employees were very professional. Will be back.

I had a flat tire was pretty much ruined. I gone to a gas station and the gas station guy said there’s a grease monkey right behind us. I had to get to a volleyball match. They were awesome and amazing! Really nice guys. They took my tire off, put my spare on and did a great job. A+!

Great job and great personal service! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and have been pleased every time! Highly recommend! They are one of the reasons I have over 300,000 miles on my Dodge ram! 3/20/25 Back with my F150XLT ecoboost with 217000 miles! “Mile High” Mountain top service once again! In a day and age where turnover and employee competency can be challenging, it’s refreshing to see the same faces and expert service each time I return. I’m writing this review after comparing two very different experiences at Grease Monkey in Greeley one at the 10th Street location and one at the 35th Avenue location — on the exact same morning. My husband went to the 35th Avenue location with his Dodge Durango, and I went to the 10th Street location with mine. We both drive Dodge Durangos, so the services should have been fairly comparable. While I understand I approved a few add-ons, the overall difference in cost and experience was frustrating. I arrived at 10th Street at 8:00 AM and didn’t leave until around 9:00 AM. Meanwhile, my husband was three cars deep in line at 35th Avenue (with only one lane operating) after arriving at 9 am and was still home by 9:25 AM. His service was efficient, straightforward, and significantly less expensive. What’s disappointing is that both locations have access to shared service history and vehicle information. So why did I feel like I was automatically upgraded to a premium oil change and additional services? The pricing difference doesn’t sit right, especially when comparing receipts side by side. My total was over $240, while his was nearly half that amount. I can’t help but feel like I was upsold unnecessarily. As a woman, I would appreciate not feeling pressured into upgrades that may not truly be needed. I understand that some of the responsibility falls on me for approving services, but the contrast in experience between the two locations is hard to ignore. To be clear, I’ve had good service at 35th Avenue before which makes this even more disappointing. This feels like a consistency issue between locations. Customers shouldn’t feel like they need to be on guard depending on which branch they visit. Lesson learned! I’ll be more informed and ask more questions moving forward. But I do hope management takes a closer look at consistency, transparency, and how recommendations are communicated across locations.

I had a rental car that displayed oil needed to be changed. I called the rental company and was told take a picture of the display, then to take it to a place to have it changed, and then take a picture of the receipt. Fortunately, the hotel I was staying in had a Grease Monkey behind it. Jake greeted me and I told him what the problem was. He told me it would be ready in about an hour. True to his word, the car was ready before the hour was up. He then let me know that was all I needed to do. I asked how much. He said that Grease Monkey services Avis/Budget car rentals and there was no charge. To say I was appreciative is an understatement. Thank you Jake for taking the time to process the paperwork. Grease Monkey made a new customer!

The manager on duty today was awesome I got there and had realized that I lost my wallet at the last place I was previously at he worked with me so I could go find my wallet. 10 minutes later I was right back with my wallet to pay for my oil change.
