Workers don’t know what they are talking about has to get the store manager involved knew what we were talking about been working on cars for 20+years. Then refuse to place tires on my vehicle now have to go back tomorrow

I went for an oil change but they were very busy but after I asked a question in regards to my oil signal, Morgan took the time to go and check my oil. Good thing she did cuz I was very low and was on my way to drive down the highway. Thank you Morgan and if only Walmart had more people like her to just take the time!

Quick and friendly service. I went prepared to wait 1-2 hrs but was out within 20 min. I'm sure not all visits will be the same but, will definitely come back. Price-wise was fantastic. I didn't feel swindled like at other places. A+

Had a roadside emergency while traveling from Wyoming through Greeley. I called several tire shops with either no answer, not the correct tire size, etc... We gave this walmart a chance even though they were less than half an hour until closing time. Greg and his crew stayed late to help me out and get me back on the road 🙌

Just showed up and had the worst experience so far here. I needed to park in line and I had the guy give me signs with his hands that a truck was gonna pull out so I could park. Not once tried to come up to me and explain anything. Well I got inside and the service desk is unoccupied and phone rings constantly. Only to have a rude employee (younger) laugh in my face that it's was a 3 hour wait. Again no explanation just a shoulder shrug. Won't be coming here again after a few years consistently.

Most incompetent auto center I've ever been to. Broke the oil plug on our Saturn, still charged us full price, and then lied on the paperwork and said they didn't do our previous oil change even though we have proof saying otherwise. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything.

I have been coming here for the last few years, and over the years the services has gone down hill. Let’s start with the time we wait to get checked in. The shop opens up at 7am on Saturday. They don’t even open the door until 7:05, and don’t even check ya in until 7:20am... everyone is always late! This is so unacceptable. If you aren’t gonna show up on time or open on time, maybe you should change your hours. Let’s move onto wait times. The wait times here are so unbearable. You can be the second person in line and still have to wait over an hour to so. In my personal opinion I feel like they need to either train their staff or replace them. Or maybe change your hours? Not sure... but this needs to be fixed

We understand you have a line of cars to get through, but to decline customers at 1:45pm in the afternoon when you close at 6pm is unethical, and you lose business. To the lady that works there with the blue hair, when she told us that they cant take anymore cars because you are way busy, you didn’t have anything to say when we told you it was 1:45pm and that you close at 6pm. Seemed Very puzzled. Customer service comes first, dont take out your frustration on your customers, I’m sure that's what you are trained for upon being hired. Also they didn’t decline service to White colored skin people but decline service to people of color. We will take our service elsewhere.

I came in for a oil change and two tires. I waited 4 hours only to be told my car oil plug was "too old" and next oil change I might need a new oil pan. Now my oil leaks. I was misquoted the price of my tires. I tried to call and complain as the manager wasn't there that night, only to be told that the manager would return my call when they weren't busy. Waited a week and finally went in myself. The manager told me that they made comments before service that said prior oil leak, to which I responded that in those it says my thread on my drain plug didn't fit in my oil pan. I asked your would they know that before servicing my car bc there drain plug is in the oil pan until you service it. She responded that I could file a claim but their insurance definitely isn't going to pay for it. As for the 4 hour wait she told me that they never give a estimated wait time bc they can't garuntee any time. She said the misquoted price wasn't her fault as it was a new employee that did. Basically she told me my horrible visit was so my fault in a nice way. DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. EVER EVER EVER. You'll be sorry if you do.

I blew a tire so I went in to have it replaced. I purchased the set of tires from another Walmart a few months back so the front desk associates were sure to check my receipt for Road Hazard and were able to replace the tire for a small fraction of the cost. Though I had to wait a couple hours (which I expected since it was only a few days before a holiday), the staff was very helpful and courteous.

I got an full synthetic oil change and extra services I believe it was a Top Treat and Fuel Injection clean out for less than $100 and it was cheaper than every place else for my BMW. The wait time was really good as well. Some days are better than other days like any place else and I'm sure not being able to schedule an appointments makes it more difficult to help with wait times.

Purchased a new tire. I was advised it's easier for them if I bring the tire without the car. So I did. Turns out there is no warranty if you bring in a tire without the car. So within 3 days my brand new tire had an air bubble appear and they said there was nothing they could do, nor nothing they were willing to do. I guess the staff itself was alright, but the company itself made a quick $120 screwing me with a bad tire and worse policies. Just beware, don't bring your tire without the car, and get a warranty because the tires may not be strong enough to last 3 days.

Had the right tires in stock. Arrived at 11am on a Tuesday w/o an appt. There was one customer in front of me, but the crew in the auto center was working on 2 other vehicles as well as changing wheels/ tires on large enclosed trailer. All crew members were working independently, with exceptions to certain jobs requiring more than one person at a time for safety reasons. With all that was going on the 2 new tires were selected, balanced and placed on my vehicle in the time it took to complete the oil change in the SUV that arrived b4 me. All in all, I was in and out in 35 minutes. Customer service was excellent and the Walmart employees working in the auto center took great pride in their work as well as showing appreciation to the customers. I will definitely return to this facility for future auto needs

I would give zero stars if I could. But I guess they need that one star confidence boost because their Customer Service is something that could use drastic improvement. Taking on to many car repairs and making customers wait 2+ hours just to tell them you can’t actually repair their vehicle. Losing my keys for over 15 minutes. Do your self a favor and just go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Benjamin’s name should be chatty Kathy because our simple tire repair took over an hour and a half. We checked in at 10:32 am and service wasn’t completed until 12:11pm. Which I understand things happen but it’s unfortunate to see literally everyone who’s employed there standing in a circle laughing and talking every time you look at them. It got to a point where I had to watch them fix my tire because every time I walked up to the window he would then return to working on my tire. I believe Isaac was the name of the man who helped us at the desk and he was very polite and he offered updates when we seemed upset about the wait. I guess he deserves that one star because at least he was always working when I saw him. Long story short if you’re looking for a service to be done here quickly go elsewhere.

I bought and had installed all 4 tires here 2 years ago. I bought the road warranty as well. 9000 miles later I had a tire blow and called them. They said they'd only replace 2 across an axle, so I ordered 2, which took a week and were shipped to my house. When I got to my appointment, they said they now would only replace the whole set and that the road warranty wiuld not apply. I'll never go back and already cancelled the first of our 6 fleet vehicles scheduled for next week. Bullet dodged. Terrible service and horrible policies. I hope the manager reads reviews as this was poor service in any light.

Great customer service from Edwin, Manager had a cool personality as well And although my car does need brakes and rotors repaired, the bolts were completely fastened when I brought my car in. Not so much after I left. That’d be my only concern and reason for two star review. 5 star customer service I drove to Utah right before buying two new tires Scary to think what would have happened if I had needed the tires before.

Not very professional. Took my car to get new tires they break my center cap on wheel, dont even let me know. Had to find out by finding it thrown in my car. I understand accidents happen but be professional and let me know.
