Big or small they can fix the issue I called and the same day they got me set for a appointment and installed brighter led lights I brought in for my jeep they had me in and out in a matter of minutes then charged me a more then fair price for the install !!!! Richard is a great person, he did a free diagnoses for my vehicle and went through what the immediate repairs are. I highly recommend their work, they are very quick and transparent. He was very understanding towards and helped me get my car back in great shape. 10/5 for customer service

This shop is not a good! I went there because I had a sound in my front suspension, mainly when I turned. It was a small but it had started to get worse so I took it in. They suggested new struts and Upper control arms where the reason for the sounds. We started with the upper control arms. One day after I got the car back the sound started right back up. Took it right back. The next time they said it was my struts. Agreed to replace and more money was spent. Totaling 1150$ and the same day, go figure the exact sound is still there. They said they replaced the parts that were bad, and now they think it is the lower control arms. So for a sound that I brought the truck in for, the sound is still there and I paid them 1150$ to replace parts that were not causing the original issue. They say I needed those parts anyway, but I came in for diagnosing the sound, not to just replace all the suspension. And they market themselves as Suspension experts. I brought it in one last time to discuss and they said they would look at it and or replace the lower control arms but at this point I had had enough. I replaced the sway bar links, tie rods, and I still have the sound I originally came in for. They were not able to help. Went by today to discuss and they are closed up at 1pm.. Looks like they closed down but not sure. Definitely a bad experience with a local shop. Beware. Better to try somewhere else.

Absolute was amazing in assisting with getting my car moving again. I needed a tire rotation and alignment, or at least I thought. After getting my car up on the lift they discovered an alignment wasn’t necessary and refunded me the cost of the alignment. Hardworking and honest people! Highly recommend.

Mark was super nice and will help you out with anything you ask him to do. He will also warn you if something will not work or sound a certain way to lower sound expectations before the work is done and you have to pay for a sound you don't like. Overall, honest guy.

**edit 12/21/24** I had a great experience at Absolute Brakes. They confirmed I needed all four brakes and rotors replaced. The price was incredibly budget friendly. They were quick and efficient. My battery died during the service and was under warranty, but they’d already discarded the old one, so instead of charging me for the replacement battery they took the cost off. Will absolutely be recommending Absolute to anyone needing vehicle maintenance! A real down to earth and friendly crew. Thank you Matt & team for making a big ticket maintenance item more manageable during the holidays! *previous review* I haven't been in yet, but I called for quote a month ago and followed back up today. I went in and they told me that I did need to replace my brakes and rotors, but it wasn't in my budget at the time. Matt was very helpful over the phone, and was able to quickly quote me and get me in for an appointment this weekend. The quote was extremely reasonable compared with other quotes I've received after calling around to 10 different shops. Looking forward to the great service and this might be my new go to for brakes!

Mark is a fantastic guy! He just did this this morning, my AWD project has been amazing and now the exhaust should help it breath. I don't normally leave reviews unless a business stands out from the rest. I took my exhaust job to another shop first and turned out to be a nightmare and just was not right in any sense. I called Dynamic Muffler and was taken great care of. I drove in to get an estimate and was greeted with fast friendly professional service. My car sounds and looks amazing!
