Just purchased a CRV hybrid from southeastern Honda. Not only do I love the vehicle, but I had such a remarkable experience dealing with my sales person and the GM What a great place to buy a vehicle. I can’t wait to start getting my service work done. I’ve heard very good things about the service department there as well. If you’re looking for a Honda, I highly recommend Southeastern Honda, they are the best.

I have a 2022 Certified Pre-Owned HR-V that came with two complimentary oil changes. When I first brought the car in, I was told Honda wouldn’t cover the oil change until the oil-life indicator was at 15% or less. Fine. When the maintenance light finally came on, we called on October 30 to schedule service. The earliest appointment they had was November 17. We brought the car in that day, only to be told the offer had expired five days earlier. I explained that we made the appointment before it expired. Their response: “You should have known.” I called the dealership I purchased the car from, and they confirmed this was nonsense. I called back, and after speaking with the service manager, Jennifer told me: “We’re not doing the complimentary oil change.” This is unacceptable and feels intentionally deceptive. I’ll be filing a complaint with Honda corporate and the Florida Attorney General.

Beware of marketing add ons to buyers order. I leased Honda Pilots for over 20 years from Southeastern. I was in for service and had a salesperson evaluate my current lease value on the sale of a new Pilot. I was shocked to see a mobile clear shield $1295.00, a ECP protection of $1195.00 and a maintenance fee $799.00. After questioning the Salesman, he brought over Sean the manager who said we can take those charges off if you don't want them. I asked why they put them on if I didn't ask for them. His response was "look, we're in the business of making money". I bought a car at Delray Honda/Acura.

Never got a call back, it has been a week. Ordered it online instead, will probably be here before they get back to me, if they ever do.

Buyer and Southeastern Honda customers beware. Honda vehicles are no longer built to the standard they once were, and the service experience at Southeastern Honda has similarly declined. Despite being a loyal, repeat customer since 2020, I have found that Southeastern Honda does not appear to value long-term customer relationships. I purchased a brand-new 2019 Honda Pilot from Southeastern Honda in 2020 and have consistently returned to their service department for all maintenance. This includes timely oil changes, fluid flushes, and all manufacturer-recommended maintenance and service minder requirements. The vehicle currently has approximately 75,000 miles. Despite this careful maintenance, the vehicle has required several costly repairs. These began with the replacement of the Honda Sensing camera and radar units, which cost approximately $2,300 in parts and labor. More recently, all warning lights illuminated on the dashboard, and diagnostics revealed the need for fuel injector replacement, as well as a timing belt and water pump replacement due to leakage (“timing belt wet”). This most recent repair totaled $3,363. The fuel injector issue is a well-documented problem affecting several Honda models, including the Pilot and Ridgeline. Honda issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) and extended the warranty to 10 years or 150,000 miles for certain 2016–2019 Honda Pilots. Unfortunately, not all VINs are included in this coverage, despite identical issues occurring within the same model years….my vehicle being one of them. Knowing this, Southeastern did nothing to try to lower the cost to help. Additionally, Southeastern Honda’s pricing is excessive, and there was no effort made to accommodate or support a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars at their dealership. Labor is charged at $200 per hour. While the actual work performed amounted to approximately 4.5 hours (approximately $900 in labor), I was charged $1,774.36 based on “book labor” rather than actual time spent. On top of this, a $90.57 credit card processing fee was added. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage other customers to consider alternative Honda dealerships and to explore reputable independent repair shops for maintenance and repairs. In many cases, independent shops provide comparable or superior service at a significantly lower cost than dealership service departments. As for myself, I will no longer be giving my business to Southeastern Honda. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and has significantly diminished my confidence in both Honda’s reliability and Southeastern Honda’s commitment to customer service. Update: Then they leave a comment on the review to reach out to them and so you do, leave a voicemail, and then you never hear anything back...can't be surprised.

I had an great experience working with Nick to purchase the 2025 Honda CRV! He got us the best deal along with making sure we didn’t spend hours at the dealership. Went in for my first oil change and tire rotation on 2024 Type R and they managed lose my undertray quarter turn screws and replaced with non oem screws and impact drived into the tray causing the screws to be stripped when it came time to do another oil change. How do you mess up basic maintenance that comes complimentary when you purchased a new car. Also they did not rotate the tires at first glance, the technician had to be reprimanded at by the service desk, and then they completed the service. I’ll never take my car to that dealership again.

Our experience at SE Honda of Melbourne was outstanding from start to finish. Alexis, our sales representative, was personable, dynamic, and genuinely friendly. Most importantly, she knows Honda’s lineup inside and out and takes the time to truly understand what her customers want. Unlike other dealerships that try to push whatever’s on their lot, Alexis and the manager, Ron, were focused on helping us find the exact car we were looking for — a 2025 Accord Touring Hybrid — at a fair and reasonable price. They went above and beyond by working with another dealership to locate and ship the vehicle to Melbourne for us. Both Alexis and Ron honored our Costco discount and my husband’s military service, which we greatly appreciated. Their professionalism, integrity, and respect for customers made all the difference. After visiting several Toyota and Lexus dealerships in the area and experiencing aggressive, high-pressure tactics, SE Honda was a breath of fresh air. Haven't had the service yet, but phone conversation was much better at this location. Just wanted to get a ballpark in comp to another place I'm getting service and the service lady was to ease my mind a little bit even asking someone else my question. When I had a few more, she offered to have me speak with an advisor. I felt better about speaking with someone else once my main ballpark question was answered. I spoke with an advisor. They are further than the other location, but because of this interaction, decided to set my appt.

My loyalty to this dealership was entirely based on my experience with one salesperson, Alexis. I worked with her for months, purchased a vehicle through her, and confidently referred others because she consistently went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, honest, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. If you were lucky enough to work with her, you know how rare that level of service is. Now that she’s no longer with the dealership, I personally won’t be supporting or recommending this business moving forward. Customer experience matters, and for me, that experience walked out the door with her. Where she goes I will follow & so will my referrals.

Couldn’t be more pleased with our 2025 Civic purchase. Our salesman, Trent Pilgrim, was such a pleasure to deal with, I felt compelled to leave a review. Such a nice guy. Very knowledgeable from start to finish. No high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. He was ever so patient as we waffled back and forth between other options. On 2/7 I went to go get an oil change. About two hours after I went home and got on the highway I noticed a sound coming from my car. As I pulled over and looked under my vehicle I noticed whoever serviced my car did not attach the tray under it back on properly. My tray was bent due to me driving on the highway and there was screws missing. Since it was a Saturday the service was closed and not open until Monday. I had to figure out what auto shop was open on the weekend so I can put my tray back up until Monday. I found Woyteauto who showed me that 4 screws were missing, my tray was bent, and another piece that was attached to the tray had broken as well. I had to get it zip tied for further notice. I ended up emailing the service manager who assisted me with my appointment and sending pictures and videos. When Monday came I did not hear back from anyone so I headed to the dealership. When arrived at the dealership I explained everything that happened and no one had apologized for the inconvenience it had caused me over the weekend and Monday since I work. I did have them replace both pieces for FREE and reimburse me back for the money I had to pay the other auto shop to lift my tray. Then I also noticed a review here that happened a week ago to someone else with the same thing. I will not be going back to this dealership if someone can’t properly do an oil change lol.

My recent experience at Southeastern Honda was so easy. Molly helped research with me, Scott personally reached out to offer assistance, and Mike, “Big Mike” made the process of test driving and finalizing price for both our trade in and purchase of a used Honda HRV super smooth. When you trade in a family car that holds so many memories for the next vehicle that will keep your kids safe from learning to drive to going away to college, choosing a car can be challenging, and emotional. So, this was the experience I needed to make a decision without pressure or lots of questions and negotiations. Handling most of the conversations of the numbers over text or phone call helped with my husband’s schedule so that when the decision was made, we just had to come in to sign the papers and drive the new car home. Thank you to the team for making my 3rd experience of purchasing a vehicle a great one.
