I have been going to Firestone for over 20 years. I never had any issues until I moved to Florida. I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me as a woman and trying to scare me into services that can wait. I went in for an oil change and get a call that I need $5000 worth of work. I asked for them to schedule a future appointment for new tires (2 weeks out) and they said, "Good luck, sweetie, I hope you make it that long". My tires are not bald. I felt like he was belittling me. HIGH PRESSURE!! #1. If they rotated my tires, as they advertise, on every oil change, I wouldn't need new tires every 2 years. #2. They sent my truck home with the tire pressure indicator still lit up on the dashboard. Even though I wasn't purchasing new tires that day, they should have at least put air in them! #3. I was pulled over by the police on my way home for a brake light out. They are supposed to check bumper to bumper on every service appointment.

Recently needed a new set of tires for my 2010 Frontier. Doing my own research on which brand and type plus availability I decided on Firestone LE3. I made an appointment using their website and understood the cost and fees for replacing my tires. I arrived on time, worked with my advisor and made the transaction. They were on time with my appointment and did a fine job mounting the tires. They also honor a military discount which helps keep the overall cost down. As long as these tire perform as expected I have no issues and can recommend the Firestone tire and service center.

I had an appointment with Shane today for an issue with water in my vehicle that Toyota could not find. I was very happy that Firestone found the issue!! It is a sunroof problem. This place seems to take advantage of their customers. As the time went on to getting my car fixed, I was charged practically 7,000 dollars which my insurance paid half while I paid the rest. The whole service took over a week and my vehicle is still having all the issues I can in for. They didn't work on it and instead want to charge me for more fixing of other services, ridiculous.

My son started working at a Firestone 3 years ago. His location is too far away for me, but I go to my Firestone because they are reliable. I know what I’m going to get with them and I know they are always trying their best to service customers as best they can. I never feel like they are making up things that need to be repaired or looked into. That’s not easy to find.

I came here to purchase four new tires. Upon arriving they informed me they were down two guys so they were abit behind. I reassured them it was not a problem. It was about an hour later than my appt time that they took my vehicle in. Once in and on the lift, they could not locate my key for the wheellocks. I looked and they looked but no success. However the local dealership that services my car for tire roatations either forgot to put my key back inside the vehicle or tell me that my car doesnt have one. Either way it was Space Coast Honda’s fault. Needless to say these guys went above and beyond. The got the wheel locks off. Replaced them with regular lugnuts. Didnt charge me for them. Took money off my bill. I was there for four hours however my missing key dilemma held them up almost an hour. I was so embarrassed. They took great care of me and set my mind at ease.

These guys are awesome! Without getting into great detail, I was in the middle of a long journey from up north and I could’ve had a catastrophic brake failure. I pulled off at a rest area on a Sunday afternoon In contacted the nearest store. Shane sent a tow truck out for me and offered to even stay late to make sure that the car got there. The next day I spoke to Chris, the manager who set my mind at ease and told me that the car would be checked from top to bottom, not just the brake issue. Alex was the technician and he was amazing in his quality of service and personally explaining everything to me. Everyone there was so helpful, friendly, and professional. They exceeded my expectations with completion time and.thoroughness of service. Chris mentioned multiple times that if anything at all concerned me in the next week or so before returning back home from my vacation to please contact the store And to not hesitate coming back. I can’t say enough about these guys. If you are in need of service on your vehicle, give these guys the opportunity.. The safety of my family was in their hands.
