By far the best customer service and overall experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic business. Their diagnostic machine didn't find any issues with my truck but one mechanic heard something was off and took it for a drive, he found by listening/feeling the truck driving the wheel bearing needed work and took a look to see it was in need of an immediate replacement. Angie was quick to schedule me in the next day and made the whole experience enjoyable. This auto shop is in the business of helping you - they don't overcharge and are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Highly recommended for anyone who needs car help!

They seemed really good very professional. I thought I was having a problem with a gas leak but after them checking it a couple of times they couldn't find one. This is second time I have used Brad's this time my turn signals, horn and my driver's side door would not close properly. They fixed the horn and the door and advised me I had a short in the lighting system and refered me electrical specialist.

Took my 1996 Ford F-150 to Brad’s because it had a leaking rear differential seal. Same day service with great results! The differential seal was replaced, the mechanic drove it to make sure everything was squared away and I was able to pick up the truck later in the day. Brad's Auto Service DAMAGED the electrical system of my car, and I paid them to fix my AC which is still broken. They only offered me a warranty to go somewhere else after my trust with them was broken. STORY: I brought my 2008 Saab in to get the AC fixed. They are fine in doing simple things (recharge AC, etc.), but when they wanted to replace the AC core unit all the trouble happened. They did not test the electronics before work to suggest a proper place to get the work done. They immediately accepted the job. Turns out their system DOES NOT work on my car (only let me know after I paid and realized it was broken). They made me purchase a new part that didn’t work or go somewhere else to PAY THEM to fix it. They did help pay, but the cost of time and energy is not worth it. Imagine not having a car for over 3 months! In addition, they destroyed my interior in the process. After having my car for over three months, I finally caved and got my car away from them. Would not suggest this company for anything over simple services. They will offer free service hours to fix things, but that is a trap to keep you dangling and purchase more. If you do use them, make sure to get everything in writing, test electronic system first, and a list of COMMON issues that happen with each service and how much it would cost. I felt SCAMMED. Hope it doesn’t happen to you.

Long but if you’re a woman, i would really consider reading this. They have fixed 2 of my problems this year & those repairs were a pretty penny. I went there because it was clear as day other shops were trying to take advantage of me because im a “young clueless girl”. But at the end of the day, I NEEDED those repairs. This place seemed straight forward & reasonable. They didnt try to tell me i needed 5 things fixed. Fast forward to a new issue i had, i was quoted $140 to replace the brake pedal stopper. (On the brake pedal, theres a piece of plastic in between a button to turn your brake lights off. If the piece breaks, brake lights wont go off). The internet said it was an easy job but i didnt know exactly what to do. Today, I went to my dealership & bought the piece to do it myself. I asked if they can show me where the piece goes, & the guy who worked there quite literally said “oh, that?” Then popped it in LITERALLY 30 seconds. He didnt have to use a single tool. Problem was fixed. In total, i spent $16 because the piece cost $16. See now, i know this is a small business & the way they eat, so i was expecting $30-50 for “labor” TOPS & i would respect it. But $140?? Even worse, he told me “if you decide to do it yourself, just make sure you do this & do that” so then i got even more worried i could do something wrong & mess my car up so maybe i wont have a choice but let them do it. I could never come back here because now i would only think im being taken advantage of. Just on principle. Its sick and just inhumane.

I feel really bad to have to leave this review but we dropped our car off on Wednesday morning and first off after waiting until about a hour before they were due to close I had not received any call from them telling us what was wrong to even know what we were dealing with and so I ended up calling myself and never got a answer except that he told me the mechanic was still working on figuring it out so in the conversation I was told that the mechanic had done the diagnostic test but in the conversation was told there was not a charge for that. Fast fwd to Thursday morning I received a call telling me what was wrong and the cost and after realizing we couldn’t afford to fix it I said we will pick the car up he said that was fine. When my husband got there he was told there was a charge for the diagnostic test and he had to get a ride to the shop and so not “expecting a fee” he then needed to come home to get the money and this was where I lost all respect for Brads Auto he was not happy about Allowing my husband to simply drive home to get the “Money” which we were told nothing about, mind you we live 2 miles from there and the fact that he was so rude and had a problem with him running home to get the money was very disappointing. Needless to say we won’t be back!!
