I've been a customer of A&A Auto Techs for over ten years. He's worked on several of my cars; the only mechanic I use. He doesn't do mobile service but, since I live alone and don't have a ride back from his shop, he's had someone pick me up and carry me back home when my car needed work done on it. I highly recommend this shop.

2007 Cadillac, rich has been my family's mechanic for that several years, fantastic person honest reliable , has taken care of my dts as if it was his own, prices are fair and always informs you if something is wrong, dts was just in for headlight replacement ,rich called and said pulley was going bad to water pump, I immediately gave the go to replace, failure to do so would have be catastrophic, to the engine ,take note, of your shop tells you something that could lead to serious problem ,get it done ,rich will always tell you what can wait or what needs to be done ASAP, I am so ,so , great full for rich and Lisa, folks when you find a good doctor and you have the ease that your doctor is there for you, well AA auto is my dts doctors office, and rich is the doctor, ,great shop ,great people, , rich and Lisa a heart felt thank you ,thank you, for all you do

They made my car run like new! There were some bad issues with it and now it is perfect. Everything explained as well as letting me know what to look at in the future with the car. He didn't try to sell me anything. Definitely will be going back for future check ups and repairs.

This is the mechanic shop I have been looking for!!! They truly value their customers like they are family, which I observed during my very short wait. For the first time customer that I was, they were the same way to me! I couldn't believe it! They went above and beyond what was requested; cost was significantly less than what was estimated; and, it was done in half the time than expected! They have definitely earned me for a lifetime! So grateful!!!

They were able to fit me in for a radiator leak and battery change right away when my car was breaking down across the street at auto zone. Although my radio stopped functioning right after the battery was put in, it came back to life about a week later (after market reset) the owner offered to pay 1/2 if it wasn’t going to work and needed replacement. Luckily it was a rare glitch that didn’t need the fix. I appreciate a&a service and honesty. Will be back in the future if needed. Thank you!!

Awesome service! From the moment I first called until I picked up my car, they were super friendly, honest and upfront about what my car needed. Awesome place!! Rich easily fixed my car’s electrical wiring issue with affordable price. When Kia dealership suggested me to change entire wiring harness it would cost few grant, Rich just replaced problematic wires and my car runs perfect!! Rich worked on my dodge ram laramie replaced the lifters and camshaft one year ago after other mechanic shops told me i had to replace the motor super perfecional thats why I took my truck a couple weeks ago because I couldn't fix it myself and he was able to fix the problem GREAT HONEST AND PERFECIONAL ONLY MECÁNICA SHOP I TRUST THANK YOU RICH AND LISA

A&A has been the stand out in my long experience with auto repair shops. Most shops are viewed as a necessary evil, but a select few stand out with integrity and a real sense of morality over a quick buck. A&A is one of those shops on whom you can rely to be honest about your vehicle and its repair/maintenance needs. They won't do unnecessary work to pad the repair bill. In fact, they will inform you that things for which you may have asked are not necessary and are unnecessarily costly. If anything changes with the original repair plan A&A will call and clear it with you first with a detailed explanation of the reasons. Thanks A&A! EDIT UPDATE! I see two 1 star reviews on here and 35 some odd 5 star. Please, anyone reading these reviews needs to remember that there are shady people on both sides of relationships and Rich (the owner) IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I have had multiple vehicles (big family) in to Rich and his staff over the last 7-8 years and he is always honest, up front and knowledgeable. I am an engineer by day and historically fixed most of my automotive problems. That was until I found Rich and I now have a trusted partner in anything that breaks on our multiple older vehicles. He even lets me talk and explain what troubleshooting I had done so far. I have nothing but good to say about Rich and his family shop. This is one of the best auto repair shops I have ever used. Both Lisa and Rich are cordial and helpful when you call. They are incredibly straightforward and honest. I was recommended to this business by a local used car dealership. Rich and Lisa took the time to listen to my predicament with a newly purchased vehicle and have been great to work with throughout the process of getting that issue diagnosed. They provided great feedback and I will be working with them to inspect vehicles that I am considering purchasing for one of my children. This is a family owned and operated business and they seem to genuinely care for their customers.
