$2500 they put in a rebuilt?transmission that is corroded, dented and gouged pan painted black. So corroded it look like it has been in a swamp for years.

Brought my rsx here 2 years ago when i blew my auto trans. They explained everything they were gonna do and showed me my grenaded transmission. The turn around time was amazing aswell. Drove it another 50k miles before my car was totaled. They even had my receipt in their computers so i could get more money out of my totaled car! Amazing tansmission shop and i will defintely be back for a manual trans rebuild.

A friend took his car to these liars and cheats. They gave him a car back that was not working right but he said it would get better as the computer relearned. It didn’t. He took the car to vw dealer as the tech from bobs told him to do and they tell me it is internal in the transmission. Mechanically It has no fourth gear. The car now been towed 5 times. They will not fix it. 5000 dollars and still no car. He has filed a law suite. Do not do any business with these crooks

Very up front, I came in thinking I had a transmission problem and the guy drove my truck around and knew just from that that it isn't the transmission, it is the rear end, came back to the shop and confirmed it. They could have taken my money like these other places were going to but they were honest and informative and looked at it for free. Definitely recommend.

It has been difficult to deal with this shop. Dave is a good guy; he knows his transmissions well, but Bob and the other employees can be quite unpleasant. In this business, it often feels like customers are never right! A month ago, on April 2, I took my truck in to have the transmission fixed. They rebuilt it very quickly. However, just two days later, on April 9, I found myself back in the shop because the second gear was jumping. They claimed the issue was due to the new parts. Then, last Monday, April 30, I returned to the shop for the same problem, and it was getting worse—I had no passing gear. When I arrived, they turned me away because they were too busy, and they suggested that the issue wasn’t severe enough to warrant immediate attention. Today, on May 7, I’m back in the shop again with a blown transmission. I give this shop 2 stars, primarily because of Dave. He knows what he’s doing; however, something was either not done correctly, or it was overlooked, as my transmission only lasted less than a month.
